Not quite to my taste
The company were lovely and very helpful.
I purchased the 3-day detox. Everything was very fresh and you would certainly not go hungry but unfortunately I did not enjoy the meals.
There are some lovely recipes available to cook yourself and I am trying some of these.

3 day Reset
Food is of good quality, very tasty and well packaged. I’ve only had one problem with delivery and customer service resolved the issue and were very friendly and apologetic. I would certainly recommend Detox Kitchen.

Highly recommended
I started using Detox Kitchen a while back and dip in and out of their meal plans when I need to get back on track with my nutrition. The food is always excellent and has opened my eyes to a wider variety of produce. In my day to day life I get a little lazy and tend to stick to the same stock meals, so I enjoy the variety of food they provide. In addition, I feel very ‘clean’ and virtuous after eating their meals!! I’ve experienced great customer service and prompt replies when I’ve had a query which makes the customer feel valued. Highly recommended.

Detox Kitchen is UNRELIABLE
UPDATED: as you can see from their reply they think that a cut and paste answer will solve the problem. They won’t speak to you directly and won’t resolve the problem. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Unfortunately Detox Kitchen is wholly unreliable and has terrible customer service. I have not had any incentives, any discounts, and ordered delivery for a month. TWICE in the first week they have failed to deliver. No explanation. No attempt to make it right at the time. They just refund for the day. When pressed they added an extra day to the end of the significant amount I have already paid, but that’s pretty useless if the food doesn’t arrive. Now I need to get my money back and cancel the remaining two weeks. AVOID.

However, great delivery, wholesome, tasty food (no unnecessary added bad stuff) and the website is very easy to navigate
Please include ingredients on the box of food - really important that this is on each individual box as that's what we look at

Really delicious and varied meals and…
Really delicious and varied meals and snacks, even my husband has got involved now so we double up on the supper portions. I love that the meat is free range and the packaging biodegradable or recyclable. The delivery is very neat in a cool bag and I just pop yesterdays bag by the front door before I go to bed. Really pleased.

Easily the best detox I've done
Easily the best detox I've done! Food was great and it made me more conscious of drinking more water and what a healthy portion of food should be! Will definitely try the detox from detox kitchen again.

Where do I start!?!?
Where do I start? Each and every time I have ordered from DK the experience has been seamless! From the food to the customer service, it’s truly such a wonderful company! You can tell from the first point of interaction that they value their customers and their aim is to always provide the best products (which they do) and customer satisfaction. Very disappointed by 3 day reset
Very disappointed - annoyed that I wasted my money on the 3-day reset. Juices were so bitter that they were undrinkable. No instructions so it was not clear whether each meal should be cooked or eaten raw (they contained big chunks of raw red onion and broccoli but also cucumber so who knows?).
Food was very poor quality - the tiny rainbow salad "lunch" was basically a limp Tesco side salad with half a lime to squeeze over. Cauliflower snack was rubbery/stale and bitter. I'm surprised it added up to 1000 cals per day, looked more like 200. Very poor value. You could easily replicate this yourself for less than £20, and choose fresher ingredients. I ended up throwing all of it in the bin :(
I visited the Detox Kitchen cafe a few years ago and remember high-quality, tasty salads so I am surprised by how bad this was.

First time using Detox Kitchen and it gets my 👍🏻
I went for the 3-day protein reset. The packaging is brilliant and love the fact it’s all recyclable ♻️ The juices and food was delicious, colourful, well cooked and presented. I was super surprised and happy that the dishes were not carb heavy with loads of pulses and legumes like lentils etc. it was the right combination of carb, crunchy veg and protein. After the three days, and sticking only to eating the food that was provided, I felt lighter, less bloated, I wasn’t hungry and my body could tell I was eating pure clean food. I will definitely order Detox Kitchen again, this time for a minimum of 10 days to get the additional benefits. Thanks Detox Kitchen!

Good food - no guidance
There wasno advice on how to prepare or any list of what ingrediuents were for what dish - I had to use my imagination in order to cook the dishes. Why was there no recipe booklet or instructions given?
