Zero stars! This service is a SCAM!
I do not recall agreeing to a subscription with this service and I have been charged 15/mo since November 2019 for something I will never use again in my life... I don’t even recall using it to start. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!! They will discreetly charge you monthly without remorse! There are PLENTY of other services who are customer centric, honest, and transparent... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Bogus subscription
They are very slick. When you buy a design with them, they manage to tell you can have free edits. But in the fine prints, they enroll you in a 3-month subscription in which they charge you. This is never made explicitly when you sign up.
And no, they will not refund you...

Great Experience With DesignMantic
I had the great pleasure of working with Adam and his team with DesignMantic. I will say we used all of our allowed revisions and actually then some. We are beginning a new business and it took more time than I'm sure most do with creating our logo as well as our business cards. Adam was easy to work with and their platform is great.
