I looked around and tested several logo tools, and Designmantic was my favorite. Made a great logo, and it's nice that you can buy vector files at an additional cost after the initial purchase since vector files are crucial for a lot of different marketing uses.

The Project Manager (Asif P. Lawrence) stopped communicating immediately I made payment for an urgent logo design project. E-mails to support remained unanswered to. 1 week after the deadline, I filed a complaint with PayPal and someone from Designmantic showed up and hurriedly helped prepare the logo, then explained I had to lift the complaint with PayPal before he sends the logo files. I found it disrecpectful, especially as they were 1 week late with the project.

Later attempts to have the logo modified have been ignored till now.

Fast, great service from DesignMantic
Asked the guys at DesignMantic to send a higer res image of a logo I did 2 years ago.
They were extremely fast and efficient and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people.

I've been using this platform since 2015 and have never experienced any major issues, until recently, when I tried to modify my logo for rebranding purposes. I was not able to update it, inside the platform, and had to encounter a few speed bumps to remedy the issue. Eventually, my design was updated by the design team and I am pleased with the results - although I prefer to create/modify my own designs as I am a graphics designer and having too much communication in a process that I am capable of handling on my own is very frustrating. DM did offer me a discount on the design services and I sincerely appreciate them for doing this.
