Awful company to deal with and it shouldn't operate on this market.
It's been almost 1 month since I placed my order. Nothing has been delivered. I emailed the team asking for an update but no response on my emails. I called them up and they advised they don't have my items in stock. I asked for a refund but they just ignore. Case is now raised with PayPal to recover the payment to these scammers. Avoid them!!!

Customer service is terrible.
3 weeks now , said it was fast and free delivery. Jokes.
Does not respond when asking for refund.
Looks like ill have to ask cc company to get money back.
Nightmare company.
Would defo not recommend.

Received the item damaged. They said it would be replaced on several occasions but I never received it after chasing. They also ignored my request for a refund. I had to raise the issue with my credit card company.

Their customer service is unprofessional and practically non existent. I even received responses from a personal gmail account (against GDPR)

Cannot contact them, no confirmation email. so far seems like a complete scam.

Just got the delivery of my door handles. very please to see the quality of the items. service was great. no hesitation to recommend them. cheers

I found their site through internet and call the company for my letter plate. The guy on phone was very efficeint and had very good technical knowledge about the stuff. I just gave them the size of my existing letter plate and they found me exact replacement. I am very happy the way they resolve my problem.

I needed to find some polished brass door handles to match existing. Designer Handle had a good range of polished brass handles that enabled a very good match. The quality seems very good (time will tell) at a very good price point. Delivery was fairly quick and the products well packaged.

Designer Handles provided a great service. I was a bit worried when I couldn't get through on the phone, but Sara was excellent via email; very responsive and went the extra mile to make the service superb. Product was excellent and price was very competitive. Delivery was on time as promised. I can thoroughly recommend them.
