Poor and stressful project experience
The UK branch of this company carried out design work on a house renovation. It was an extremely poor and stressful experience. Just one example - Nicole mismeasured a bathroom layout by 10cms. Rather than consulting the client they went ahead and cut the depth of a (specially comissioned) wardrobe to the extend that it was unuseable for hanging clothes. When this was spotted by the client (it wasn't mentioned by Nicole or the builder) her response was, 'you can use it for something else'. Poor attitude and inadequate quality work - thousands of pounds has been spent putting things right. I have since learned that some subcontractors have not been paid, and during the job they were instructed to use poorer quality (cheaper) parts, despite their advice that these were unsuitable, which have since had to be replaced.
