It is one of the worst places to buy anything from. I ordered two products in November of 2025. After several months of waiting, I decided to ask for a refund. They said they will refund me 3 months ago. I still haven’t received anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
I paid for a digital product and waited over a month without receiving anything. Nobody at Desertcart seemed to know the status of the order. Support gave conflicting information, failed to follow up, and showed absolutely no sense of urgency.
After waiting for weeks with nothing delivered, I requested a refund. Their response? Wait another 5–10 days for my money.
This is not customer service. This is carelessness and incompetence.
Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing support agents, repeating the same information, and begging for updates on a product that should have been delivered immediately.
Desertcart failed to deliver, failed to communicate, and failed to resolve the issue professionally.
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying software or digital products through Desertcart to look elsewhere.

Although I didn’t want it they signed me up for an annual subscription. It was disputed and my Bank blocked them. This year they applied for money and when it was blocked they took the money under a different company name. This is now being investigated by my bank.

I am very disappointed with this company’s handling of my refund request. They promised to refund SAR 595 for my PRO membership and even confirmed that the process had been initiated. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have never received the refund.
This experience shows a lack of transparency and accountability. I trusted their commitment, but they failed to deliver on their own promise. Poor communication and failure to honor agreements make this service highly unreliable.
I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them. If a company cannot process a simple refund as promised, how can customers trust them for anything else?

The worst company ever

Simply they advertise a product as a brand new, without mentioning it is an “Open Box”, and they intentionally try to hide the open box status label, by placing a new label on top of it to cover it up. This is on the three boxes I received for the same product.

When I complained, they tried to buy my silence by offering me an overall AED 50 credit on a total order that is equal AED 499.

Shame on them.

DESERTCART It's a scam website. They take the money out of your bank account. With no notice or without telling me no warning whatsoever two times now nearly £400
Please people stay away from this website /company.
Don't never order anything from them. They are thieves big big thieves they took money from my bank account and I see loads of reviews saying the same thing.
I will never never use it again, and I will never recommend it to anyone in million years
They should be prosecuted and sent to prison. For taking peoples money.

Awful experience. Placed an order, no emails received but credit card charged. Item never arrived and when I followed up they said it was already delivered, but couldn't give proof of delivery. No complaints procedure, no refund, no help. Avoid!

Disgusting company. Do not ever buy anything from them, they are scammers and liars who make their money from tricking people into non refundable subscriptions. Then they proceed to claim that multiple emails have been sent about this, but you can clearly see from all the reviews it's just a lie they tell to people.

That's TRUE that dessertcart is fraud they show product pic of different product and different page and use name of good company to make us fool.

Awful, disgusting scammers,charged me £179 for a pro membership I didn't ask for. Contacted my bank to get full refund...PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!!

Beware I checked the price of a product with desert cart and then realised I had to become a pro member paying 178 pounds for a free delivery. Otherwise pay 48 pounds for delivery. Checked the product on Amazon and found the same one cheaper and free delivery. These guys are scammers. Never purchase from Desertcart.

I was initially worried about the poor reviews on here when i made my first purchase, but I have to say I have been very pleased. I received good customer service pre-order, the item arrived fairly quickly for an international order and I didn't pay import taxes. I do feel the prices on their website a high though

I’ll start by saying after 3 months of purchasing 4 dining settings, I have still not received 3 of them. I messaged customer service everyday for 10 days since they were supposed to be delivered. Customer service seemed like Ai.. my tracking numbers haven’t and still don’t work. I contacted the shipping company and they said they never received my order. Went back to Desertcart and demanded a refund, we are talking £500 here, not small change. They said they can’t give a refund until I receive my order and I send it back and they receive it.. it’s a big con and I’m super annoyed. I ordered them 3 weeks before an event to use at the dinner party, never arrived and had to go out last minute to buy cheap generic ones, which was stressful and expensive. I just want to either get my order or get a refund it’s been 3 months of them saying, rest assured it’s on it’s way, we are doing everything to resolve the problem… empty words.. definitely don’t use Desertcart! Ordered March 23rd it’s now May 16…

We have already reported to the bank and they have said this company has flagged up a few times for them. So do be aware!!!!

I ordered a product which cost me just under £500 and it came damaged. So I contacted their customer service team through their live chat (as that is the only way to contact them, though I would've preferred email) and they assured me that everything would be sorted and that I would get a call from them to arrange a pick up date. They did call me and I missed the call because I was at work so I tried contacting them again. Eversince, I've been waiting for a call, that never comes, and going back to their live chat which tells me to wait 24 to 48 hours. I've been waiting for a week now (monday to monday). I must say that their customer service has not been good especially after I've asked for a refund. It is appallingly laid back and they have silly excuses like "the collection team will be angry" (as said by Tessa from their live chat customer service team on Wednesday 5th March) when I tried to push them to get my job done. I have been patient since monday 3rd March 2025 and now it's monday 10th March and their customer service member, Hassan, on their live chat has just told me to wait another 48 hours. It's almost like they don't want to give me my refund which is petty from a big company which probably doesn't care about an extra £500. I normally don't write bad reviews for anything, however, this website has reached the limit. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They might be good in the middle east but they're horrible if you're buying from the UK. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

It’s a big scam do not order from here try other online sellers for supplements. They hook you into an annual membership with a big shipping fee that you can avoid if you join membership and the make it difficult to cancel it. I’m reporting them to the ombudsman. Lots of people have been tricked unfortunately only looked at the reviews after I’d been duped.

Terrible customer service and compamy overall. All communication through live chat, refused to honour information about first order being free under 1kg or disclose how much they want to take out of your account, pushing you to authorise their withdrawals Also they refuse you any contact with supervisory staff when they are clearly giving conflicting information. Avoid at all costs

They are thieves, I received my order the same way other people receive but after a month they charged me over £100 for pro rata membership which i never agreed for.
