I called because I could not get into my account. Mr. Victor Florez was very helpful in instructing me. After logging into my account I still could not retrieve the information I was looking for. Mr. Florez was very patient with me, neither he nor I could find where I should go for the information I was looking for, he was not able to see what I was seeing nor I his information. It is confusing but Mr. Florez was very patient and informative to me. I can not tell you how appreciative I am for getting Mr. Florez to talk to, I have worked in offices and know how difficult people can be. Mr. Florez is an asset to your company, in my openion he went above and beyond to try to help me.

I had occasion to call today to discuss my account and Mr. Felix Cespedes who spoke with me at great extremes to clarify my account and the payment status to date.
He explained that a settlement may be made withone of my creditor on 23 October.
