I could not fault this company.

Stupidly I thought I had ordered my lovely Emma Bridgewater mugs and wondered where they were,so I phoned David Shuttle who put me straight - I hadn't pressed the button to complete the order! However they kindly put me right and did it for me without any huffs or puffs, which I truely appreciated. Having been told they would take 5 days to arrive, I was very pleased that they came the very next day, and what's more they came with the most delicious chocs. Thank you very much indeed for all your support and lovely present too.

Who wrote this!!!

The item was gift wrapped as requested but the card with it was not as expected. It was hand written (rather poorly) and not printed in a professional way.

The Emma Bridgewater crockery we ordered arrived promptly, and was excellently packed. I would certainly use David Shuttle again.

My order seemingly disappeared!

Ordered some Lalique from this company and the ordering process was fine. Then we almost immediately received an email saying they were out of stock. Finally, 5 weeks later I called them to find out what had happened... apparently (after telling me that my order was only placed 3 weeks ago... actually it was nearer 6!!!) they went on to say that Lalique were having issues with things... and they would call Lalique. Really??? A hot line to Lalique is quite impressive. Admittedly, it was delivered within 2 days... but nonetheless was very late.

Thank you for taking the time to review the service we provided you on your last order. We are pleased to hear that you have now safely received your order and the goods are satisfactory.

Naturally we are however very disappointed that your overall experience has been dampened by the delay in fulfilment and once again we wholeheartedly apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have reviewed the entire order process to establish what has happened and outlined our findings for you below.
When your order was placed we made immediate contact with you to advise that the piece was out of stock. At this point we advised that it would take approximately 3 – 4 weeks to come in from Lalique. Due to this delay we also advised that payment would not be taken until your order had arrived and been dispatched to you. We also gave the opportunity to swap to an alternative item, cancel the order, or await stock.

After confirming that you would be happy to wait for the stock and the initial delivery estimate had passed, you contacted us and we spoke with Lalique to chase up the item for you. This is clearly not the correct situation and we should have been more proactive in our updates to you regarding the delay.

Once the reason for the delay had been established and explained to you, we then provided a revised lead time for delivery and the shipment was delivered to you a few days later.

Once again whilst we are at the mercy of our supplier honouring their delivery estimates, we appreciate that this is not your fault and ultimately we should have kept you better informed on the status of your order. We are reviewing our system for monitoring back orders.

Excellent customer service with reliable delivery.

David Shuttle offered an excellent choice of products at very competitive prices. Delivery was free and arranged for a day to suit the recipient. Packaging was excellent which was important too, when ordering delicate items. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Fantastic service from start to finish!

I wanted the Swarovski Spiral Ring (having seen it in the Justin Timberlake Video), sold out in all Swarovski shops and online so got in touch with David Shuttle to pre-order. The gentleman on the phone was great, informed me of delivery time (predicted end of June) I ordered online and the ring arrived on the 14th June! 2 weeks earlier than anticipated - great product and service!

outstanding customer support

I received an e-mail saying that the payment cannot get through as it is more than 110% of my order with my preferred shipping method added. One phone call and the order was shipped the same day. A different company would not have wasted their time on such a small order. This personal service was much appreciated.

Not problem free but dealt with and resolved well.

I was sent the wrong number of items but when I queried it I received polite and helpful support and the issue was solved with excellent customer service. I was initially disappointed but was impressed with how I was dealt with. The customer service has made the difference between me going elsewhere and using David Shuttle again, which I will do.

I ordered an Emma Bridgewater 'Daddy' mug from my daughters for Fathers Day, we received the order very quickly and know 'Daddy' will love it!

Meeting your expectations is our main priority and looking into your order this morning I can see that it was placed at 11pm on 27th May using our Standard Delivery Service. We quote that this service can take up to five working days for delivery. Your order was dispatched on the 31st May and DHL successfully delivered the parcel on the 3rd June, which was the fifth working day.

I am sorry if you were disappointed with this time frame as meeting your expectations is of paramount importance to us. For a quicker service I would recommend using our Next Working Day or Named Working Day delivery service should items be required sooner than five working days.

An enjoyable way to spend money!!

I found the website easy to use and had no difficulty completing my order. My only surprise was that the payment didn't leave my account that day or the next - I requested a specific day delivery 4 days after order - a quick call to check if there was a problem sorted that one out - payment to be collected at the time of dispatch. Goods arrived in perfect condition exactly when expected. As simple and perfect a transaction as possible to have.

Forget the rest, these are THE BEST!!!

I ordered a watch from these guys that was 50% of the price I would have to pay in Australia. It arrived in less than a week and had so much packaging it could have survived a nuclear explosion!!! Could not be happier and would definitely buy from this company again. I cannot recommended them more highly. If you buy from this company you will not be disappointed.

Top quality from a Top Company!

Ordered an Anniverary gift for my wife from David Shuttle over the phone, the lady I spoke too (sorry I can't remember your name) was extremely helpfull in assisting me to place the order.
I was told that the posting slot had been missed for that day but I would recieve it in two days, I didn't have a problem with this, so imagine my suprise when it arrived the next day!
