I received excellent service from the team at Darby & Darby in the Torquay office during the registration of a property and recent subsequent sale. As I am not based in the area I thought distance might impact communications and speed but everything was done promptly and I was kept informed throughout, resulting in a prompt sale Completion. I also valued how if my primary contact was out of the office, queries and actions were followed up or messages taken by other members of the team with follow up as soon as possible, and additional steps taken to resolve an issue when one arose. Charges were clearly explained in advance and as expected. I'd previously dealt with the Brixham office on other matters and found the staff there equally helpful with the two offices working closely together, eg to provide documents were most convenient for collection or drop-off.
