I had an upper blepharoplasty, brow lift and injections to reduce my malar bags. Dr Ezra and the clinic staff are very professional. The consultation process was carefully considered, with procedures explained and suggested to give the best outcome for my issues.
The surgery was a calm environment, Dr Ezra and the team were excellent, making one feel at ease. I had no pain afterwards and during the healing. Now 9 weeks later, I am very happy and getting positive comments about how I look. I am having more injections to complete the course to improve my malar bags which have significantly improved with just 1 injection, which I had during the procedure. I would recommend anyone wanting to have this type of surgery to visit the Ezra Clinic and get the best treatment.

I had an exceptional experience with Nurse Jo. She has extraordinary expertise and judgment and a holistic view of enhancing one's appearance. I was astonished at the refreshed and natural outcome, which - although not my objective - was matched in unsolicited positive comments from strangers following my treatments. As an Ophthalmologist based in Canada, I travelled to England specifically to further develop my knowledge and skills in Oculoplastics under the mentorship of Ms. Tessa Fayers. I had the privilege of spending three weeks with her at both "The Ezra Clinic" and "The Western Eye Hospital" in London.

During this time, I was consistently impressed by Ms. Fayers’ surgical expertise. However, what truly sets her apart is not only her clinical acumen, but her genuine dedication to her clients. She fosters open and honest conversation, ensuring that each individual feels heard and is fully informed about the nuanced risks, benefits, and expected outcomes of complex functional, reconstructive, and aesthetic procedures.

I personally witnessed Ms. Fayers go above and beyond for her patients—whether by seeking additional opinions from trusted colleagues (to ensure every possible treatment avenue had been explored), or by accommodating patient schedules to personally deliver attentive, first-class post-operative care.

Ms. Fayers is a warm, engaging, and highly skilled surgeon. I would feel entirely confident entrusting her with the care of my own family.

I am two weeks post op for Upper Bleph with Tessa Fayers. Whilst I am still on my healing journey, I am already so pleased with the results and very excited to see how they look fully healed. So far the process has been exceptional. Tessa and the staff at the Ezra clinic are wonderful. Tessa is personable, warm and took the time to really understand me and what I was hoping to achieve. Julie her EA, is super efficient and always communicative. Tricia, my nurse on surgery day was so kind and looked after me very well- with one of the best cups of tea! The surgery staff made me feel very relaxed and Nurse Jo, who is on whatsapp post procedure for whenever you need reassurance- is the best. Any worries or concerns with my post op healing, she replies asap and puts me at ease. I would recommend anyone wanting upper bleph to go to Tessa. A wonderful experience so far!

I recently underwent an upper blepharoplasty revision and almond eye surgery with Dr. Daniel Ezra.
A previous blepharoplasty with another surgeon left me with significant asymmetry and hollowness in my upper eyelids, as well as retraction in one lower eyelid. Dr. Ezra was able to restore much of the symmetry and natural appearance of my eyes, and I couldn’t be more pleased.
I initially sought a consultation with Dr. Ezra because of his strong credentials and the many positive reviews. During the consultation, I was reassured to find that he is highly knowledgeable and experienced in revision surgery. I appreciated his candor in explaining what could realistically be improved, given the challenges and limitations that come with revision procedures.
On the day of surgery, the nurses and anesthesiologist made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. My recovery went fairly smoothly, and any minor concerns I had were quickly addressed by Dr. Ezra or a member of his team. Many thanks to Nurse Jo and Dr. Potvin for their excellent post‑operative care.
Dr. Ezra’s PA was also very helpful and considerate when coordinating my surgery and appointment schedule, especially since I was flying in from abroad. The rest of the administrative team was equally efficient and kind.
I am very grateful to Dr. Ezra and his team for their exceptional care, professionalism, and kindness.
My only regret is not having had my original blepharoplasty done with Dr. Ezra.

I had the best experience at the Ezra Clinic. From the beginning to the end of the process, the care was phenomenal from the medical team to the admin team. Of note was the care I received from Daniel Ezra - I had an upper and lower belpharoplasty with eyebrow lift. I was a complex case as I have thyroid eye disease and thus I needed an approach that both did not expose any of the sequelae of the disease as well as achieving my goals for the surgery. Professor Ezra was meticulous in his approach and achieved all my aims, whilst considering the complexity of my condition. I could not recommend him and his team more highly.

I recently had an upper blepharoplasty (on one eye, to correct asymmetry) with Miss Tessa Fayers, and I'm so happy with the results! I had a very positive experience all the way through - everything went smoothly and the recovery has been very easy. The consultations with Tessa Fayers were reassuring, I could tell she was very precise and thorough. The day of the surgery was well-organised, ran perfectly on time, and I received very good care from everyone there. I chose to go with sedation, but the whole thing was painless and surprisingly quick! The stitches I got were beautifully done and have healed nicely already, and I'm only 10 days out. I had an upper blepharoplasty and eyebrow lift procedure carried out by Adam Bull in July 2025. Adam listened carefully to what I was trying to achieve and was clear in explaining the outcome I should expect. He also advised on treatment I didn’t need, e.g. lower blepharoplasty. The procedure went well and the healing process was quicker than I expected, although I did follow the after care guidance carefully. Seven months on and I am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend Adam Bull and the Ezra clinic.

I had a lower and upper blepharoplasty. I am early fifties and have had bad bags for the last ten years and finally took the plunge ! Daniel put me at ease as I was very nervous. Recovery was so easy, and questions i had after recovery was answered immediately. Everyone has said it has taken years off me ! Noone would know that I went under the knife as it looks so natural and no scarring at all. Since I have had it. Loads of my friends have checked into get it done with Daniel Ezra as they think the results are so sensational.

Let me start by saying, Tessa Fayers was very attentive to what I wanted to achieve.  She made a recommendation on what would achieve the best result.  Offered me some time to consider the procedure and agreed to follow up.  The Clinic scheduled the procedure around my annual leave which did mean Tessa moving from her usual dates.  Tessa organised separate calls with the anaesthetist to ensure I was comfortable with each stage.  Then made a number of final checks with me before proceeding.
 
Whilst all of this demonstrates a very professional service the two stand outs were just how well the team works together and their responsiveness.  The CFO moving swiftly to organise the finance, the administrative staff planning the appointments and even talking directly to my local pharmacist, then the nursing and the after-care team too.
 
Finally,  just to note that I was recommended to Tessa and I can see why.  She is in general just a very pleasant person to meet but the acid test of course was that I absolutely loved the results but what a wonderful plus, to be carried along so skilfully through that journey.
