Odious newspaper. Right biased. Disability bashing. Racist. Twisted and bent reporting. Journalists don't seem to have any education on grammar.

I am not critisizing the app as I don't use it and read the proper newspaper. What I cannot understand is why they have taken the business page showing the share prices off the paper and put it on the app. There must be tens of thousands of older readers who look at this page daily and who are now unable to do so. I enjoy the Daily Mail and read the headlines, weather, sport and enjoy doing the Quick Crossword along with the Share prices and also the Bridge column. Please have a re-think on the Share page and re-install it for us older readers. Thank you

The DM is ran by the gonks that used to work in the Treacle Mines. Well it can’t be anyone who is human, maybe now with AI the chimps are on their way to Shakespeare but are busy making up content.

Too often the chimps are using AI and articles are flowing with higher order adjectives that are superfluous to the article, for example; Seen at Clarkson’s farm was Milly Sidebotham who was dressed in a glossy red mac, wearing boots by Barbour as also worn by Georgia Toffalo. Her glossy hair was dyed a beautiful Titian red with subtle highlights of gold which was mirrored in her Chanel lipstick which has stood the rest of time. Just state that a lady, which is not news, went to a farm, still boring.

Papers should reflect the news and not tittle tattle. The truth needs to be read not opinions.

Try not to be political.

It’s dreadful paying for M+ subscription, the quality is not good enough to charge for.

A great idea would be to add the puzzle pages to the app.

Ensure that the comments can be accessed. Often I type, then the page jumps back to the article a couple of times but usually would return to the comment page. The last two weeks I have seen the jumping/twitching occur the. I’m bounced out of the comments.

For real up to date articles I read the Daily Express and The Sun. Ai ai ai, the Mirror has an even longer set of decades that are ‘current’

Captions are copy pasted text from the main article.

Often paragraphs are copy and pasted text. Think about employing a proofreader as the quality and is missing.

Finally, when typing speech, you start with speech marks yet I’ve never seen them to close a speech, strange but maybe the chimps are not aware of SPaG, Spelling Punctuation and Grammar.

Normally, education endeavour and succeeds in being mightier but with the apes, I’d like to remove their fingers to prevent them from typing. On this occasion the sword is mightier than the pen.

Please stop changing the appearance and layout of how news feeds are presented on the mail on line app, the previous structure with news in columns and boxes made it very user friendly with quick and easy access to the news items you really want to read, the new layout is seriously visually poor.

Has become prone to sending you to a fake McAfee virus page, contacted them about it but seems they don't do much about such cases.

The new Daily Mail app is absolutely awful! It looks like it was designed by a 5-year-old, with zero real content and a layout that is somehow both chaotic and empty at the same time. This is not an improvement—it’s a ghastly downgrade. Here's the thing, your Chatgpt written headlines are not attractive enough to open any article. And, no I didn't bother reading your nuclear armageddon article crassly called 'Deep Dive' on 24th February could be accused of scaremongering if it could be taken seriously. Here's a tip DM, we all know nuclear war can cause death!

Navigating your new 'improved if you have room temp IQ app' is a nightmare, articles are harder to find and the overall experience is just frustrating. Who approved this? I used to check the app daily, but now I’m refusing to use it unless they change it back.

The updated version of this app logged me out of my account and when I tried to log in it said it didn't recognise my e-mail address. Deleted it and downloaded it again but now when I press on 'log in' nothing happens. Totally useless.

Absolutely awful, stop messing with things that work perfectly fine and focus on news content rather than click bait content.

Agree with previous posts about the initial changes to the DM online. However after deleting the app and reinstalling, it is far better, easy to post a review, delete "read later" articles etc and I am now a fan of the new look and accessibility, makes the old layout look dated.

Just like the new Tory party. Doesn't work and wants you to pay. Just like the last 14 years.

I don't know what the DM have done to their site, but it's completely and utterly useless now. It takes ages to get into a story, then it freezes and you can't move up or down the page, then the only way to clear it is to close the app completely. Sometimes the app closes on me anyway. Getting into the comments is also hopeless. Have decided to delete the app and use the BBC news instead!

Awful. Can't scroll down. Very often can't open a story. Can't close down the app, and quite often the app closeson me anyway. I've been trying this since its update ... bloody awful!!

It's just beyond awful. How did they mess up so badly? It was decent before the change but now so UN-user friendly and more fitting content wise to a shit red top, but why try to compete with them? That is not your market! It just looks completely shit, please change back pronto or lose subscriptions on mass

Just updated the Daily Mail App - what a mistake on my part!

The layout is awful, just seems to be social media posts and gosfip not actual news.

I'll give it a couple of days before I uninstall it and use Reddit instead - at least I know that's a comic.

I agree with everything everybody has said. I have read the DM online for years - with an adblocker because the ads drove me crazy . You can still read it online - at the moment - depending on who your server is - witnout ads. What I can't do is download the Comments which are often more intreresting than the articles. The DM claims to be a crusading newspaper but really it is now just a comic and fan mag. Any useful article such as medical ones are now charged for. How cynical and disgraceful is that? Still they now claim to have reached 100,000 paying readers so if people are stupid enough to pay for it the DM will just be laughing at those of us who are not. They certainly won't care about the poor rating they get from us via Trust pilot.
