The mail renewed my subscription without asking for my authorisation or consent. I did not request auto renewal. I have contacted customer services several times regarding this matter and there response is a standard letter full of waffle but no answer to my communication. There customer service is very poor.

The Daily Mail doesn't support freedom of speech. You add a constructive honest and polite comment on their app. They dont publish it, very frustrating. The Daily Mail app has been removed from my phone, never to be read again. Very disappointing

Absolutely dreadful to deal with. I have requested the cancellation of my subscription four times, including by phone and they keep making excuses and continue to deduct money from my bank. Just criminal behaviour.

Daily Mail digital not available again today I am told to wait a couple of hours and try again. Same issue. This problem happens with recurring frequency. It needs to be properly addressed.

They don’t publish your comments don’t bother taking your time to write In the comments section it don’t matter what topic you won’t get it published a few at work said this happened to them also we are all now thinking the comments section in the mail
are made up bots pushing exactly what the mail are paid to make you believe it ought to be investigated .

It has become a hateful, AI driven weird site. The DM has complete control of who or what side they will sponsor today for their agenda. They took away the mute button, so they can have everyone go at it with each other. They did that on purpose to spons0r ugliness, people can comment on something good you write and leave a nasty comment, yet, what you said was fine. It is a very, very hateful site and it sponsors discord, everyone at each other's throats. If they were sincere, they would NOT have removed that mute button, otherwise, you are just stuck with horrible, horrible demented strange people around the world, leaving you hateful comments. We used to mute and block people on your own, and now you have to write to DM to block someone. It's very sad. They again sponsor everyone going against each other.

Wow I'm just another unsatisfied customer by the looks of it! We set up a delivery service for our 91 year old father recently. From practically day one his deliveries have been sporadic. Week one all papers delivered. Second week two missing but lady telling us that they had been delivered. This week out of five days two delivered again.....SHOCKING. He looks forward to reading his paper and has been a loyal to the mail for years. Again you say it's been delivered but we can assure you that it hadn't been. Is the driver saying it's been delivered at 4am but really not bothering to get out of bed?!?! It's appalling service and our poor father can't even get to read his paper......

Been reading daily mail on phone every day, BUT TODAY COULD NOT READ IT AS PRINT TOO SMALL AND NO UPDATED NEWS, HORRIBLE GOING TO SWITCH PAPERS.

The online sections allow you to comment, except most of the time, even when they are clean opinions, don't publish them. It seems freedom of speech is selective.
Also alot of pieces have gone M+ which you can't read without paying

The constant repetitive 'celebrity' articles are bad enough, but now the censorship has got so draconian, they may as well just scrap the comments section. It used to be the only bit drawing me back, but not any more. I'm deleting the app and cancelling my subscription.

The daily mail has proven itself to be the most unreliable rag. It blends misinformation with right-wing propaganda to deceive its gullible middle-aged readers.

Joshua B.... phoned me this morning to offer me groceries, as i purchase the Daily Mail every day.
I was sceptical, but Joshua was very polite and helpful .
And everything was explained.

A young man called Neofytos who works for you. This man went above and beyond to help us sort out our problem. After speaking to 4 other persons, one who just cut us off. This young man deserves a thank you from his company. I was at my wits end. This young man sorted everything for me. Very pleasant young man, which is hard to find in this day and age. No horseracing coverage again. Its more like a 2nd rate newspaper everyday.

The headline on the front of this weeks “You” magazine should not have been allowed. It mentions how a comedien is selling out arenas by poking fun at men, they see this as having the last laugh and state that boys should look away now. This comment wouldn’t be allowed the other way round, ie if arenas were being sold out by poking fun at women, people would be outraged. It’s not fair to men to be put down like this. Ps I am a woman in my 60’s.

I don't know why I buy this,,, it's getting more like the cheaper papers that just publish crap about celebs lives. It's a third full of bloody holiday adverts.

I would give the Daily Mail ZERO stars. Why is it so bias. It is disgraceful and should not be allowed.

This news paper is the biggest piece of trash then anyone with 2 brain cells could read . So many things going on the world and today there they are indiolise the Grammy and all that trash actresses and actors most of them on Einstein files .
