Bontranger Floor Pump works brilliantly
I bought a Bontranger floor pump as I was having real problems getting decent tyre pressure om a newish Trek bike using a compact inflator. I bought online and it was sent out and delivered in 48 hours. Actually a day earlier that the website had predicted.

I booked and paid for a Saturday delivery because that’s the day I would be home, the bike was just left on it’s side in the drive on Friday in plain sight.

Excellent service …
We picked up two electric bicycles yesterday. It was a fantastic experience and a great service.
Why would anyone buy online, the bikes were the same price as the cheapest online store and the guys in the shop put it together and set it up to a professional standard for free.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, after an error when ordering online with paypal and my bank, spoke to someone who was very helpful. Bike arrived on time, and in perfect condition, it took 10 mins to build pedals and add the accesories. and bike is amazing the Specialized Sirus 3 and a great deal too saved £250 compared to other big bike shops. Would highly recommend Cycles UK

I had a bit of a drama with the new Trek remedy 9.8
I had a bit of drama with the new carbon frame MTB Remedy 9.8 model 2022 I received from Cycles UK. I only went out on casual trails in the North Yorkshire Moors twice and discovered that the left chain stay had cracked in the middle! This happened without any impact or accident.
Having ridden a Specialized Stump jumper Comp Carbon for over six years on the same trails and in various terrains in the Alpes bike parks several times (Les GETS, Super Morzines, Avoriaz, Chatel) without any issues, this was really shocking. I then compared the robustness of both Specialized and Trek carbon frames, and you can really tell the difference when side by side. The Trek carbon sounds and feels a lot more fragile and hollow when compared to the Specialized Comp Carbon.
Thankfully, UK Cycles kindly contacted Trek's warranty department to issue a credit for the replacement of the chain stay. I got the part replaced by my nearest Trek retailer Peddlers Cycles in Redcar with success.
