I dealt with Gavin throughout the process, he was very helpful and knowlegeable and most important of all good at keeping in touch and communicaing with me.

We bought a new house where the smart tech turned out to be not very smart at all. Our new house was a miserable place until Cyberhomes came to our rescue and replaced the old clunky tech with beautiful and intelligent technology that has made our house a home. Cyberhomes were always there for us. Nothing was too much trouble. They are a brilliant, smart and caring company and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Tony Parsons

I engaged Cyberhomes to complete a system overhaul of our Control4 based HA system (a service they offer with a number of caveats and conditions). The original supplier had gone bust and I needed to find a dealer who would support the system.

The overall cost was a little more than I had hoped, but it meant that Cyberhomes then fully supported our whole house installation, which had suffered from unreliability and glitches from the outset. The rack had been poorly implemented and this was replaced by Cyberhomes, along with re-termination of the patch panel. The result is an extremely tidy rack and rack area, and many of our reliability issues have been resolved, although some ZigBee based services still suffer the odd glitch from time to time, but we were made aware that this was likely.

Overall I consider the investment was probably worth it for the long term enjoyment of the system, as well as now being backed up by what seems to be a very competent Support team.

Their technical ability and work practices are to be recommended.

Whilst I accept that this was a relatively small project for them, if I had one criticism it was that I had to chase quite a bit to get the project scheduled. There was also no follow up once the project was completed to see how things were working. So 4 rather than 5 stars.

My Cyberhomes business/home IT stack and wi-fi system has been extremely reliable, well installed, and fit for purpose.
