Brilliant service. You get what you need, the right quality, packaged like it was the Crown jewels and get informed on the day by text when it is due for delivery. DPD Courier into the mix too. Safe as houses. Used twice and can easily recommend.

We have ordered loads from CW Berry in the last few months, including a whole house worth of doors, floorboards and plasterboard. The customer service has been second to none and the communication and delivery has been top class. We have an awkward plot to deliver to and the drivers have always been really proactive and courteous when I'm sure others would have found reason to complain. They're always helpful on the phone too and the every interaction has been great. Couldn't recommend them more!

From the website to the delivery, I find Berry’s a really straightforward company to deal with. I ordered materials for a patio a week in advance, found the website easy to use on the mobile, emailed them a preferred delivery date and materials arrive exactly as requested. Sounds simple, but I gave up on two alternatives whose websites involved too much messing about.

c&w actually have the blades that I needed , for my Stanley far max flush cut saw. Ok so I needed to buy two to make it sensible once the postage was added but I think that was worth the price.

A great company to deal with. We did have a mix up with an order, but it was quickly rectified with minimal effort. I would recommend and certainly use again. Fair pricing too.

Ordered online, email straight away with delivery date, came on time, no issues, exactly what you want

Order confirmation by email straight away (sunday), with a delivery date given the next working day for a delivery in a weeks time, just in time for easter, the large wood order was lifted onto the driveway as far to the side as possible the delivery drivers are always friendly and helpful.

I have used Berrys on a number of occasions and always had the best experience you can expect from a builders merchant, including competitive pricing, even your delivery drivers go that extra bit further to assist the customer, I will always use Berrys even though I have two other builders merchants closer to me 👍

I ordered 30 bags of pebbles, 1 roll of black membrane and 3 bags of compost but before the delivery date I twice altered the order and found them to be very helpful . When the goods arrived they came on a large pallet which had to be fork lifted off the wagon. Because of a parked car they could not drop the pallet into the garden so I was faced with moving all these foods in a wheelbarrow about 15 metres. I am 93 so was worried about this but the driver very kindly helped me by assisting me in moving all the items in the wheelbarrow. Terrific customer service.
