Great experience. I have ordered from them before and had a great experience then too. This time I needed to call in to change part of my order and Nicki was pleasant and helpful at making the changes.

I experienced an issue receiving a part on time, but Shannon went above and beyond to help resolve it quickly and efficiently. Their support made a big difference, and everything was handled in time. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company again, as their commitment to customer service is clear.

I only got 2 wheels when shipped. They said they sent 2 wheels in 1 box and 2 others in another box. This wasn't true I got each wheel separately. They said I was lying about not getting all the wheels even after I sent photo evidence of the wheel boxes individually with tracking stickers on the individual boxes. After another 8 days of fighting with them I got another wheel by FedEx. I sent in proof of that and then they finally decided I wasn't lying. Then they started blaming the vendor said they didn't ship all of them. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my son turning 16 and we are waiting on these wheels to give him his truck. Well it's been another week since they said they were getting a wheel shipped and nothing. I was told on 2 different days they promised to get me a tracking number for the last wheel and nothing. It's obvious at this point that someone isn't doing their job and following up with vendors or wharehouse people or something. Meanwhile my son is still waiting on his birthday present and no one can give me an answer on when or if we are going to get the 4th wheel. It's been a month since I placed the order.

I would not recommend this company to anyone that needs to speak to an actual person

I ordered a set of wheels, black and bronze. While preparing them for ceramic coating, the guy noticed that one of the wheels was lighter in color than the others. They contacted me immediately to ask if I wanted to continue with the lighter wheel, or wait for them to get a replacement. I opted to wait, as I was in no rush. She stated that it would add 3-5 business days to the delivery. To my surprise, it only added 2 business days and they were delivered on Sunday. They look amazing and I will be posting them on the site, once they are installed.

The web site was set up well the transition went well delivery was on time with no damage. The tire store complimented me on the wheels that I picked.

So beyond all the glitz and shiny websites you should beware ordering from this business. I live in Hawaii and thought I would get something different. Something unique that is not common in my area. I found it and ordered. Now it cost a lot just to ship items to the islands, but I ate it.
Turns out the leveling kit I needed for my truck they didn't have, so my order was changed by someone within Custom Offsets. I caught the mistake before shipping and have been told I must wait until they recover the shipment before I'm reimbursed for THEIR mistake. Its Christmas, I have a family like all of the staff there. They enjoy their Holidays, but I have to make excuses because they didn't return my fees from this transaction. So you call to try and get some answers, but of course.........the runaround. Terrible service. Merry Christmas.

4th time ordering a wheel and tire package and, as always, a flawless experience! Convenient, quick, and the new wheels look amazing!

They notified me immediately that 2 of my wheels that were shipped to them was damaged and had me pick new set and didn't charge me the difference in price. And my delivery was only 3 days later than scheduled due to no fault of theirs!!

The online ordering of top quality tires and rims, the price point as well as the easy to follow instructions and ease to purchase, the service was awesome, communication on emails as well as texts.on the process of ordering then delivery with instructions made the entire experience worth ordering for my other vehicles an easy choice.

Finding the size and offset was somewhat of challenge but they helped me find it and they look and work great. Not real crazy about the center caps but I can change them for something else

Tires were ordered at 2 pm on a Friday and delivered the next morning at 9 am!

I purchased 4 wheels for my 2019 Tahoe from Custom Offsets. They arrived within the week of ordering them & they are GORGEOUS! I am in love & I can't wait until the spring to put them on. I don't want the winter weather of PA to get them dirty so we are waiting. Packaging was great & they even came with a cloth covering. I would definitely order again!

We ordered a tires and rims package. The process was very easy and they came sooner than they estimated. Communication was EXCELLENT. Will definitely be back when our other vehicles need new wheels!
