This place sucks, ordered spacers for my truck based on the salesperson advice, when I had my tires mounted by different company, much better price on tires, they told me the 1" spacers would make the tires rub much worse than the 5/8" ones I was talked out of by Custom Offsets. Now they are telling me that after 2 weeks on an order that takes 6 to 8 weeks to process, I cannot cancel my order. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the opportunity to purchase a set of tires and wheels recently. I had actually spent months looking at different retailers to really no avail. This was the first time I’ve bought wheels or tires online and the entire process was awesome. I wasn’t sure about tire size that would fit my truck with an after market lift kit and was able to get someone from CustomWheelOffsets on the phone. He took the time to contact Nissan to make sure that I was able to maximize tire size. I ended up ordering wheels, tires, TPMS sensors and chose to have them ceramic coat each wheel. The order arrived in a reasonable time and was packaged very well. Very happy with my experience.

These are nice and polite people, the customer service is awful. I specified thatI was ordering the wheels and tires for a 1970 C1500 and even told them the center caps would be different. When they arrived with the wrong center caps. I called and talked to them and they said they would take care of it. They didn't, what they actually did was mail me the wrong set two more times. I called them and gave them the part number and even showed them an EBay auction. They said that I should buy them and they would pay for half. I told them that they were the ones that sold the package and needed to make this right, not half right. They agreed and said they would get them ordered. They didn't do that either. A week later I called them to see where the center caps were and was told that they didn't follow up on it but they would take care of it. They didn't. I called them back a week after that I called back and they told me the part didn't exist. Mind you this was after I gave them the part number and even showed them where to purchase them. They told me to order it and they would cover half of it. Weak sauce, no thanks. I will not be doing business with them again.

Custom Offsets are great. They have a variety of choices for wheels and tires! I love the package deal, the tires come ready to put on my truck, balanced and all! I give them extra props for sticky weights, in my opinion it’s the only way to go. I won’t bother getting my tires or wheels from anywhere else. Customer for life.

I made a call and ordered a set of rims and they were shipped that day and received them in 3 days and they were in perfect shape and looks good on my truck. Customer service was great.
