Our ring turned out perfect. The consultant Sama was great in guiding us based on what we were looking for and open to new suggestions as we went along. Delivered in a great package with certification papers.

I had my wedding rings made through Custom Made. They shed metal dust onto my finger from them rubbing together. Now I have a rash on my finger that won’t go away and have stopped wearing my rings. I got married in Aug 2022. I’ll be having them remade by a reputable jeweller in the future but am obviously VERY disappointed. When contacted regarding this issue they said to send the rings back and also sign a form releasing them of all liability, which I obviously didn’t do because it’s their fault. The rings should be smooth on the sides where there is contact between them but they have these little steps that you can see are now wearing. I truly hope the rings are the metal they are supposed to be and not a complete lie. So so upset about this and ripped off big time.

This is the second time I asked custom-made to create a design for me. There first time I wanted was a pendant and they had done a great job. So I asked custom-made to do a similar duplicate of the first pendant. It turned out to be a great looking diamond pendant. Awesome pendant I will be back soon for more good quality jewelry. The company was very communicative throughout the whole process. I was first skeptical that this was a scam but having my ring now for the last 2 weeks I can say that they are legit. My ring is heavy and exactly the way I hoped it would look. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is interested in this kinda thing.

If you’re looking for a first-rate team to bring your custom jewelry designs to life, this is the place. I came to Custom Design with an engagement ring design in mind … a heart-shaped diamond set between two swans in white gold flanked by the birthstones of my fiancé-to-be and myself. The design consultant, Sarah, was amazing. She took my original sketch and had her computer aided design folks create a life-like 3D drawing of the piece. From there it was a matter of refining the design until it was exactly to my liking. Sarah had several constructive suggestions and was always mindful of my requested budget. She also displayed the patience of a saint as I made many fine adjustments to the design right down to the species of swan, the shapes of their necks and the tilts of their heads. We ended up moving the birthstones to the side and adding two accent diamonds for added elegance, all while staying reasonably close to budget. The ring is a big hit with my fiancé and I’d have no problem returning to Custom Design for our wedding rings. Thanks to Sarah and team for a job well done!

I am a returning customer, I originally researched custom made for an engagement ring and as skeptical as I was they created a true work of art. I was so impressed by their ability to make my vision real that I returned and had them make another engagement ring with a different vision and goal. Once again they executed flawlessly. Not only is the work a masterpiece each time the communication the entire time is above reproach. They make the whole process seamless and once again I am left in awe of the product and their team. I don’t write reviews normally but they truly deserve the recognition. I’d like to note iv also recommended them to other men wanting to make a unique piece for their loved one.

Easy to use, FAST, reasonably priced, and highly custom. I spoke to REAL people, who were able to take my visions and “example rings” and make something truly beautiful and stunning. They were even able to keep everything UNDER my budget. Delivering a ring that was exceptional that didn’t wreck my finances. Every step of the process was explained, and my fiancé loves her ring. If your girl is the type who sends you a ring once in a while trying to drop a hint, send all of them to Custom Made and they will make you something Stunning. 10/5, warranty is pretty cool too.

I had my partners engagement ring designed and its definitley one of a kind! The team did such an amazing job, they kept me up to date with the progress, and followed up promptly with any question that I had.

Couldn’t fault the experience at all! Everytime I messaged, someone got back to me really quickly and thoroughly answered every question I had (which was many).

From start to finish, this project could have taken about 2 months if I was quicker, but I took my time and dragged it out to about 6 just because I was in no rush. I was kept up to date all the time about the progress of my project and found the message reminder emails really helpful, though maybe slightly too frequent at times.

As I live in the UK, the delivery/shipping was my main concern but the courier (UPS) was very good and arrived within two days of shipping notification.

I really liked and appreciated that at no point during the process did I feel like I was being pressured into completing the project. I hate the whole pushy salesman/saleswoman tactic. They tailored the whole service to my requirements.

One idea from me that would have been cool to have would be maybe a small document to show highlights of my project being created, maybe to include pertinent stages of the project, like the initial sketches and 3D rendering, and professional photos.
