Ordered a coat to replace one I've had for a while, virtually a like for like replacement, same size etc. New coat delivered on time, but is 2 sizes smaller than the one I have! I kept it, but it won't be as good as the one I currently have as I won't be able to wear much under it. Bit disappointed.

Well I accidentally ordered 2 x 2 perfumes from Curvissa and duplicated the order on Freemans. I managed to cancel one before it was dispatched but the other I've been informed I cannot return. Despite being still in the outer box. Still in the cellophane and unopened. The reason given is hygiene reasons. But it has not even been touched.

I can find whatever particular item I am looking for quite easily. The choice is amazing. Prices are reasonable and the quality of the goods is excellent. The customer service is great. Delivery is fast and so far no problems at all.

I just received the items i ordered yesterday one broken they drinking glasses are made from paper not glass i have received 25% discount i don't have time to be running around to return them I ask for a discount paper is more thicker then theses glasses i really can’t see them lasting looks totally different when show online and expensive too

My parcel was stolen after evri left it on my landing in full sight of everyone entering and leaving the flats.
The evri courier stated it had been left in a secure porch ! Its a block of flats so no porches .
I suggest you change the courier as they were formerly hermes and have a very bad name.
If its about cost then expect more situations like mine.

Customer service were great and i got the item removed from my account.
Highly likely i wont order again if evri is your chosen courier
