This was my 3rd pair of curtains from Curtains Made Simple and my goodness they live up to their name.
Firstly there's a huge range of fabrics to choose from in all price ranges. It's easy to get samples. The website helps you to get exactly the right size by asking for specific measurements rather than leaving it to you to work things out.
When the curtains arrive they are already gathered with hooks in place. All you have to do is hang them.

I love my new curtains! The quality and finish is superb and the team contacted me to make sure everything was correct in my order. Arrived when they said they would and look so good. Would definitely use again!

This was our first purchase with Curtains Made Simple and we are very satisfied with the overall service. The fabrics arrived quickly, everything in the best order and the entire process went smoothly, with payment of customs charges made very easy, with clear communication regarding delivery day and time, etc. This is excellent service, furthermore considering that international shipping after Brexit became a bumpy road.The client service was the fastest and friendliest, answering our request for help and info. A very helpful team enabled us to select what we needed, and guide us through the process of fitting. They look great!

Compared to a high st company who come to the house and take responsibility for what you get, internet companies place a lot of responsibility on the customer. We had several phone calls with CMS and stressed that they were the experts and that we needed a lot of guidance from them. Because the curtain material we chose wasnt very thick we chose to have interlining and after discussion we opted for pinch pleats. We were very pleased with the material we chose and the standard of workmanship by CMS was good. BUT when the curtains were delivered there was so so much bulk and weight to the curtains it was extremely difficult to draw them back and hold with tiebacks because of the interlining and the pinch pleats. We are critical of CMS for, when making up the curtains, they did not think to alert us to this fact so that informed decisions could be made. They could have sent one pair of curtains, out of the 3 and ask what we thought of them before we went any further ie they could have been proactive when it clearly looked as if the bulk and weight would be a problem. After much backwards and forwards and 3 months of elapsed time we had some pleats removed from the curtains in an attempt to reduce the bulk a little but they wouldnt take any responsibility for the way they turned out and were very hardnosed about it, simply saying that is what we ordered, despite us saying at the outset we needed them to give us guidance. And they charged us for the alteration so savings against a high st company were limited in the end. As I said, the quality of the work is very good but whatever you choose my advice is get one set made up first so you can decide if it is what you want.

I have already had four curtains made by Curtains Made Simple and they have been perfect. Great selection of fabrics and they look amazing. They take great care in the sewing, you can tell. It's really easy to order as well.

So pleased with my fabulous floor length curtains, they totally transform my front room. A great experience from start to finish. Ordering samples, calling for advice and final delivery were helped by responsive, friendly customer service. And the price was not bad too!

I ordered x3 5m cuts of different fabric and i was very pleased with everything from how easy it was to order, the communication from the team, the speed of the delivery and especially the quality of the fabric at a very reasonable price. i would reccommend curtains made simple to everyone and i will certainly order again.

Don't be put off by their rather basic looking website. You can ring up and talk to their friendly, patient staff who will happily talk a novice like me through the minefield of measuring and making the right choices. My curtains arrived two weeks from placing the order (cheaper companies claim deliveries will take much longer than that). They are everything I expected and more. The prices for made to measure curtains are eye-watering, but that's the nature of the market. Nevertheless they were still a lot less than most other suppliers. I will certainly use them again.
