These speakers should have arrived on the 4th October which I paid £10.99 extra for but they arrived on the 5thOctober a day late not impressed

My husband needed a new gaming pc, we went early on Sunday morning. We were greeted by Ambrose who was the nicest man you will ever meet. He didn’t rush us and was a really genuinely nice guy, we chatted about gaming and he was really interested in what we had to say too. He even brought the PC to the car for us. Thank you PC World for having amazing team members

Bought a babyliss hot air styler today for £75 at currys,only to find that asda and amazon ao and other places are selling it for £37. Should have done my homework instead of trusting currys to give me a fair deal. Lesson learned.

The Curry's employee by the name of Vish helped with answering my questions about the item ro purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the various products providing me with an informed choice. No pressure selling.

The assistant couldn't have been more helpful, he had a lot of knowledge about the various fridge freezers and was able to tell us about the pros and cons of each appliance.

After continually contacting Currys and members of their Contact Social Team regarding a Click and Collect order from Curry’s Store Junction 9. I still find that the issue has not been sorted out. I write a review on this platform Trustpilot and a member of Currys team ask me to contact them which I’ve continued to do to my utter astonishment I find myself in the same situation. I’ve been charged for a JVC TV I DID NOT COLLECT from their store. I’m aware that CCTV footage is removed after a number of days and I’ve brought this to Currys attention. I did not collected and take that TV from their store store so if it’s not in their store room where is it. I’ve now but in a Formal Complaint to Currys again I’ve had no response from them. I’m now looking to contacting Currys Ombudsman with an Official Complaint. I’m absolutely disappointed and disgusted at the low level of professionalism and customer service I’ve received and as I explained to Currys at a particular difficult time a family loss.

Bought a coffee machine from Currys and had it delivered on time to the Wednesbury store for collection.

The collection process required checking quite a lot of information, but I understand this is to make sure the order is secure and handed to the right person. The staff were also very polite and helpful throughout the process.

Overall, a smooth experience. 👍

I would like the staff to be a bit more knowledgeable about the features of the various products; while I understand that it is impossible to know everything about every product, consumer choices are often heavily influenced by the information they receive. If that information is incomplete or inaccurate, it can negatively affect the purchase decision or even lead to a lost sale.
