I got a indesit my time washing machine, ive had so much trouble with it..ive tried everything..it is hard work i certainly wouldn't recommend it. It washes for ages it vibrates very badly. It won't go into spin & dry 4 most times..its a digital thing so if it's not happy it won't do the wash...just fed up now..had it about 6 months..but its hard work

Honest advice about my purchase staff had in depth knowledge about the priduct product .

Curry’s Shrewsbury. Someone to help out straight away to pick up an item. Showed me the product on the shelf too to ensure I was happy with what I’d ordered. Great customer service.

Travelled 100 miles round rrip to be tild the item was out of stock, i had checked store stock before travelling, 2 customer team members saud it wasnt in stock, so i started looking through the open faced stock doors and there the were, no apologie

Quick easy on line ordering of a Netgear 8 port switch. Collected from store on date indicated.

Ordering online was easy. My order was ready to be collected at local Curry's store when I was told it would be. The sales assistants in store were extremely helpful, courteous and professional.

Always good to shop at Currys. I will however try and ho to store instead of online as one of the delivery companies didn’t follow my instructions and left it on the doorstep in full view

It was an alright experience, I think with anything curry's based we're used to the mediocre rather than expecting wonderful.

I know curry’s often gets criticised, but I have to say I was genuinely impressed with the service I recently received. Experiencing difficulty with an on line order I contacted them & the gentleman who assisted me was amazing & sorted it out immediately.
When I collected my new microwave at the store it was very straightforward & a very nice young man carried the new one out to my car. I was pleased to find out I could take my old one in to be recycled (wish I’d known at the time) That was the only small downside.
I returned the next day as I was passing anyway & an equally nice man collected the old one from my car.
All so pleasant & easy bit like old fashioned proper customer service with a smile & a Thank you!

Had to return a faulty vacuum cleaner that was under warranty. Managed to get an authorisation code on their chat service. Took it into the store with the appliance and 10 minutes later walked out with a replacement. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great service and much improved since my last experience of Currys.

I purchased a washing machine which they delivered fine yesterday and today it’s making awful noise and won’t empty I went back in store they told me I have to go home and phone currys I’ve tried calling and it’s just option after option but not taking me where I need to go so I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service and the product considering I also paid for the extra care package on it aswell moneys tight as it is without chucking away £250 for something that’s faulty and the staff being pretty rude they are more than happy to help when you’re going to buy something. I would definitely not recommend currys

Absolutely abysmal, placed an order in store for a new all in one PC, told it would be there ready to collect in up to 1 week, I’m now on week 2!
Rang customer services and checked the status after the first week and told it was ready to collect from my receipt details as there was no order number on my till receipt, printed order or email 😳🤷‍♀️

Made a special journey to said store (Shrewsbury) as not local only to be told it was not there 🙈 my phone number was also incorrect! Rang customer services again only to get fobbed off that they only deal with online orders and not in store purchases, so who the hell did I speak to in India the first time 🤔 So had to return home empty handed and 2hrs wasted travelling from Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 excited to get my PC.

Another week has passed and still no update or call to update me. I’m absolutely fuming 😤 they have had a decent chunk of my hard earned cash, well not anymore. Going back for full refund today ! Never dealing with Currys again 😡 utterly unacceptable.

Was fine on my initial purchase.
Then I had to return as found the product cheaper to see about a refund for the difference.
Was started to be seen by your sales staff, who disappeared in the middle, so had to ask another one to complete the refund. So was disappointed with this customer service.
