Parcel delayed by DPD, payment made on 20th September. Ample time for currys to ensure timely delivery.

Easy purchase. Staff were very helpful and attentive

Only some of the products l was interested in where available even though they were still on display for sale.
I was then expected to stand at the sales till with the sales operative whilst making my other purchases as there was no comfortable seating areas installed on the upper sales floor.
They expected me to pay two delivery charges as one of my products was not available in store but could/or maybe could become available within the 4 weeks/month however this could not be confirmed hence they could neither confirm a delivery date but in the meanwhile were insistant my other purchses were scheduled for delivery meaning two seperate delivery charges.
As a result l cancelled two of the three items and went elsewhere.
I must however thank the service staff as she was very polite and tried to help but l am afraid the system beat her.

You were displaying the wrong price on the Samsung mobile we had chosen. It was higher on your computer. I reminded the assistant that you couldn't display one price then charge a higher. He spoke to the Supervisor who appeared disinterested but said she would honour the displayed price. She then came to the tills to put through the lower price with the same disinterest and did not acknowledge us once throughout the transaction. Yes, we got the mobile we wanted at the price we wanted but the whole experience was kind of a none event.

Item was ready for collection within 1 hr of order.... A great service. Thanks

Very helpful staff member who took his time to deal with my questions. Managed to find a product at the best price possible for my requirements.

I spoke to an assistant and she took me straight to where the headphones were kept. She was very efficient and I was dealt with very quickly

I’d like to leave a special mention for Holly at Currys Rochdale, who has been incredibly helpful with an ongoing issue we’ve had with an iron purchased from the store.

Before speaking with Holly, we had made several visits due to a lack of updates and being told things would be done that unfortunately weren’t followed through. It had become quite frustrating having to keep chasing the situation.

Once we spoke with Holly, the experience completely changed. She took ownership of the issue, kept us updated throughout and, most importantly, made sure everything was dealt with exactly as promised. Her communication, professionalism and willingness to help were really appreciated.

Holly is a credit to the store and provided the level of customer service we had been hoping for from the beginning. Thank you so much for your help and for making sure the issue was finally resolved!

Melody was 10 out of 10 with helping me

I chose for my order to get delivered to the Rochdale store. It was supposed to have been delivered on Friday 28th August, which is what was stated on my confirmation email.
Friday has now passed and still no response about me collecting my order, so I call customer services to chase it up. Im told it’s been delivered to Rochdale store already but nobody decided to contact me to tell me! Had I not chased up on this order, I wouldn’t have known it had been delivered and my 3 year old daughter would have gone without a birthday present!! Staff in store had no sympathy or remorse either. Kept making pathetic excuses like “oh it probably wasn’t updated by the warehouse staff”. Again, it isn’t my responsibility to call customer services to find out it’s been delivered, I should have been sent an email or text. Will definitely not be ordering from Currys again.

Incorrect advice turning a 10 minute visit into a four hour round trip to exchange. But no knowledge from staff. Not happy.

The people were very helpful and made sure I made the right choice

Once i got help, the salesman was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction, including discounts and bundle pricing. Delivery of the main item was as promised and kept me up to date. Items i had toorder and collect, not so good. After 1 week I phoned to find out where they were to be advised they were at the store now. Despite this it took at least 30 minutes to find my order, leaving me hanging around and beginning to get annoyed.
