Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful

Gregory, who did the set-up on my laptop was very good with any question, which were explained in great detail, and at no time rushed, very happy all round.

Easy to order and select a time for fitting. The fitters were friendly, polite and very professional.

I had a Bosch Integrated Dishwasher delivered on Wednesday l paid £115 for installation however after 2 hours 40 minutes the fitter Ed stated that he was unable to fit the original door to the new machine and he advised l would need a different machine to enable the door to be fitted! He reported his findings back to his manager and then l received an email advising someone else would be taking a look at it on Saturday however having another Tradesman at my property today Thursday he has fitted the door using the instructions supplied by the Manufacturer (which the fitter did not look at when he attempted to fit the door). The machine is now fitted & working no thanks to Curry’s and I will be requesting the £115 fitting charge to be refunded!

Ordered item online on Monday evening for click & collect on Wednesday.
Arrived as promised,very efficient.

Update – still no contact from Currys

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This entire experience has been completely unacceptable from start to finish.

I’m updating this review because, despite being asked by Currys to contact them regarding this incident, I have now sent two emails to the address provided, quoting the reference CUR81393, and nobody has contacted me.

After experiencing what I consider to be deeply inappropriate and offensive comments from a member of staff about immigration and my partner’s nationality, I had hoped that Currys would at least take the complaint seriously and follow it up.

Unfortunately, the complete lack of response has made an already disappointing experience even worse.

It is now not only the original incident that concerns me, but the fact that after publicly responding to my review and asking me to get in touch, Currys has apparently made no effort to contact me or address my complaint.

This is deeply unprofessional and extremely disappointing. If a company is going to publicly say that it wants to resolve a serious customer complaint, I would expect it to actually follow through.

Two emails. No response. No contact. No resolution.

I am now left wondering whether this complaint is actually being taken seriously at all.

Kept well informed of my order through email & text, can track the order, a real time map of where the delivery van is at, two very pleasant, friendly delivery men, one being Antony (didn't ask the other persons name, Sorry!) handled my purchase with care & placed the item where i needed it, altogether from making the order online, the phonecall from Ben to give order details & delivery date, time, i had a real good experience overall, "Thank you" to all concerned.

We had excellent staff assistance who really took the effort to explain everything.

Customer advisor was abrupt and unhelpful. I had chosen the product before speaking to the advisor, this had to brought up from the warehouse which was obviously a chore. When at the till I was asked for personal details which I didn't want to go through again as curry's already had them, I was then told I couldn't purchase the item without completing the questionnaire. Very annoying

I don't recommend the delivery service. Everything was too much trouble for the delivery men, damaged the fridge/freezer trying to get it in the front door. Wouldn't carry it down 4 steps to get it in the patio door.

The salesperson Frankie was very helpful and polite after my original purchase had to cancelled due to the item being mis-sold to me with incorrect dimensions from a different salesperson
