One operative gave me information which was totally wrong they need to take their time and have proper training. Took TV back to store Bangor. Debbie then took over what a difference. She was informative and very helpful which ended my keeping the TV and not asking for a refund. She deserves the 5 star rating.

Quick ordering process and the item I picked up later that day. Communication is excellent. Let’s you know in advance when the item is ready to pick up.

That i am being asked to post a review at all feels like the final insult in what has been an appalling process of 'everything that can go wrong' doing just that. I am not someone who takes any joy in leaving negative reviews for a business, times are tough enough. But since you asked...a week ago i was away from home and noticed that Curries could supply an apple airmac either collect instore (in two days) or direct delivery to my holiday address next day. Great. I could use my leisure time to familiarise myself with the product, as i am not a previous apple user. I paid instore (a lot of money!) for the product and was told delivery would be next day. I was sent the re-assuring email as soon as i left the store 'we've got your order...etc'.
Next day, ominously...no courier updates...we all know what these look like... but nothing. Ok, maybe tomorrow.
Next day...nothing. looked on Curries site...track your order...
'Your email address is not recognised'
Next step then...talk to a robot....round in circles asking for order number and email...next step online chat...to cut to the quick his answer after some time was...this is a 'ghost order' and will need to be refunded...i told him i wanted to speak to someone...phone number given. (You can't speak to the branches you visited) phoned the call centre. Told i must speak to someone else as it was an online purchase (was it?) He said they would be back to me within 72 hours (by which time i would no longer be at the delivery adress and i certainly wouldnt trust trying to change it) so he couldnt go any further. So back to the store. By now i just want a refund. The assistant nice as she was, informed me that if i wanted my money back it would take up to ten days. I have no written or printed proof that i am due this, and I am back home hoping i dont have to re visit this place again. So, two days waiting for a delivery that would never come, at least two hours on the phone and a half hour drive back to the store, no apple laptop and over a grand missing from my bank and a hope that they put it back soon. No real apology, no one to take ownership of my problem. Just a system, that this time, has simply served to abuse its customer.

The assistant Jack Bond was so helpful and it was almost a pleasure to part with the money.

Considering my items were only softwsre I was a bit disappointed that it took until 2pm to get notification that it was ready to collect, has I of known it would be that late I would have opted for home delivery.
