Would like to thank the team at CS Heating for the rapid response regarding our loss of hot water from our boiler.
Also their professional approach from the start to completion.
Would have no issues regarding recommending this company to all my contacts, family & friends.

We have been using CS Heating for a few years now, recently to fit a new boiler.
Once again they have shown their service to be second to none. Always efficient and always totally reliable. From the initial visit from Dave for advice, which was extremely helpful in deciding what product to go for, to the installation by Trevor and Rob, who were totally professional.
Very happy customer.

Excellent quick service in emergency. Water leak in joint to expansion tank in loft. Water all over area below tank & gone through ceiling to bedroom and airing cupboard with boiler inside and even downstairs to kitchen ceiling. Came within hours of call same day. Work near and tidy as well.

I took a morning off work to be available anytime between 8 am and 1 pm. Sadly no one turned up and nor did they ring to apologise they were running late. It meant having to ask another relative to take a day off, travel down from London to support our elderly family member with a boiler service. I'd recommended this company from my own previous use of their services. What a mistake. Appalling and disrespectful to the customer.

Move water softener and reconnect with new pipes and test.
The installer work and knowledge was excellent, worked late to complete the job.
Recommend the installer (Lee) who done the work.

I was hoping not to have to write a review as generally i dont like to leave bad reviews. But i feel i need to based on the appauling service.
I used this company once as my existing plumber was ill, they were to sign off a certificate for a rental property. This was done, so for this reason when i had a leak on a tap (due to the pipe under the sink leaking as to the previous people making it up out of various replacements) i decided to use them again. it was £80 for the first hour of work and then materials on top. He came out, spoke to my tenant who has recently moved into it while works are still being done. He stated on his visit he had no tools, long story short later i recieved an invoice for £80 then a quote for around £225 for the work to be, replacement of the plastic pipe and a replacement tap. I emailed a complaint, this was handled i feel very proffessionally in fairness, he called stated the plumber should of taken a trip to allbits, which is about a 4 minute drive. Bought the plastic replacement and fitted within that time. so he cancelled the invoice. Due to this i decided to try them again, as i used a plumber ( now know to be a bit of a cowboy i believe) inbetween this time to fit a toilet, sink and shower enclosure. I sadly was taken in to hospital he never finished the job and when i had a look i didnt believe it to be done properly. So i contacted them to quote on checking the fitting of the toilet and sink, if incorrect quote on correcting any issues and fitting a shower enclosure. i understand they may need to have lifted the shower tray to inspect to guarantee their work. so at most i imagined it would be the cost of fitting from scratch a new shower enclosure, toilet and sink. I got a call from my tenant once he left, she stated he firstly stated around £8k ! then after talking he said he maybe able to do it for 5k! maybe because we were woman this was acceptable?? She also stated how he was stating the property was illegal due to no door being fitted! well there was no bathroom even in at this point and infact it is not illegal anyway. I visited the property today and she told me after looking at the bathroom when he came down he made comments about the sink/tap and asked to look at what another plumber had done to repair it. It cost me £60 in the end and had the pipe replaced and a washer went in the tap. then saying he can see why hes done this. it has not had an issue again since. i had emailed Calvin in between stating what i had been told was ridicolous basically said he would not look to do the work as what was there was poorly fitted. well that was agreeable thats why i asked to quote to correct it but maybe there plumbers that dont like to correct issues? I have now had the work ompleted from the plumber who returned from sick leave, £570 and its perfect. being the poorly fitted appliances wasnt as bad as we thought.
sad i have had to leave this review, having been in hopital, had tenants leave the property in a poor state and try and resolve issues even after a plumbers poor workmanship, i feel like this company tried to rip me off twice!

As always, the guys at CS heating are extremely efficient at diagnosing and fixing any problems with my boiler. Phone call made, the next morning they are out and the problem solved. Will always recommend CS Heating.

Very pleased with efficiency, quality of service and personnel who are friendly and very keen to keep you informed on what they are doing and why. Would happily go to again.

The original quote did not include labour which as a Surveyor I found
disconcerting I was also surprised that it did not include necessary alterations to circuitry However very pleases with the shower

Setting up the new boiler , heating, drainage and electrical enhanced cover with CS Heating and plumbing has been very straightforward. Dealing with individuals, who are helpful, polite, local and responsive has been a real pleasure. Compared to British Gas, our previous provider, CS have, so far been exemplary
