NEVER BOOK THEM. THEY THREATENED A BRIDE ON THE WEDDING DAY BEFOFE SHE WALKED DOWN THE AISLE.

They are not understanding and not nice people.

We hired the Mercedes G Wagon for our wedding day, and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. From the very first point of contact - their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendliness stood out. They made the entire process stress-free and smooth, which is exactly what you need when planning a big day!
The car arrived on time, immaculately clean and truly elegant. Our driver - Sanj, was not only punctual but incredibly courteous and accommodating, helping to calm any last-minute nerves with his warm smile and a calm presence. The journeys felt luxurious and special - exactly what we wanted.
We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, classy, and professional car hire service for their wedding or special event.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY….. Worst chauffeurs, do not contact or hire from this company, I paid 10 hours for a vehicle and they did not give me for 10 hours less than expected, driver was in a rush to leave and when I spoke to manager he started swearing at me and began being so rude, did not want to hear anything I had to say just kept saying email them and I’ve emailed a few times and have not heard any response, tried calling company and seems like they are either rejecting my calls or have blocked me, do not waste your money on this company as they will not give you what you want and have ruined my wedding with rudeness, cannot trust people like this, also invoice shows red/gold bows and car did not come with any bows, I tried putting my wedding ribbon the car and driver kept saying no because it will damage the car HOWWW??????!!!! Stupid company and stupid people….

We used Crystal Chauffeurs recently for a VIP at London Fashion Week. The Vehicle was wrapped with our branding and hired for 3 days.

From first communication, throughout the hire, the service received was absolutely first class. They were very accommodating and professional and the driver was extremely attentive to the needs of our client.

I have been completely blown away by the quality of the service, not only was the vehicle, wrap and driver first class, but also the little touches throughout, to ensure our client had an enjoyable and memorable experience.

An absolute pleasure to deal with and will certainly be using Crystal again.

This review is reference a Wedding day held on the 22/2/22 in London
Before I posted this review, I have politely been in contact with the company via emails to express my concerns. I did not really want to post this review as it is not normally my thing but have been so disappointed by the lack of action and response by the company that I felt I had to
For the day of the wedding we had asked for a white rolls with ribbons (as per the norm for any wedding) to take us on the short journey from a prestigious London hotel to the Chelsea Old Town hall for the wedding and return
The vehicle turned up without ribbons and the driver looked rather scruffy with poor fitting clothing not in character for a wedding chauffeur. ... Not the best start or look and to say the bride was a little disappointed is definitely fair to say.
His attitude seemed off from the moment he arrived to pick us up and got worse during the trip, so much so that the bride actually thought that he had a chip on his shoulder and possibly had something against women.
He never opened her door to let out or even made an attempt to, leaving it for others to do the task.
He seemed grumpy throughout both journeys and did not want to engage in any type of conversation. There was nothing special with the interior which looked a bit tired and nothing like the photos and as for the ambiance....lEven a little background music and the offer of a glass of water ( some companies would even go as far as a champagne) would have been nice
Anyway, there was plenty to write about what was not right with the experience which I will not highlight all here but I did email the company .
To be fair they said that they would look into my concerns and they got back to me with a statement from the driver which read like a perfect example that had been cut and pasted from the chauffers handbook embellished to suit that day.
The driver said there were no ribbons because he had not been told by the company to add them .... they must have at least told him it was a wedding or the driver could have shown a bit of forward thinking looking at the venue and realised
He stated he was suited and booted ....absolute lie. No jacket and tie in sight. Grey trousers and a thick jumper type top that both looked scruffy is not my idea of suited and booted
The driver went on to explain the issue of not opening the door for the bride blaming it on doormen at hotel but at the wedding venue he made no attempt to open bride's door, opening grooms first and then leaving the groom to walk round to open the door .
I explained it was a poor experience for the £600 and we would have had a far better time with an Uber executive vehicle for a tenth of the cost.
They seemed to have accepted the drivers word over the customers to which we had the bride, groom and the photographer who travelled with us all commenting on the attitude and seemingly lack of respect.
I responded to the company's reply to me but am so disappointed they seemed to have brushed it under the carpet and not got back to me, hence me being in the position to write the review
One thing I did not realise is they sub contract jobs out so they do not have full control on what goes on.
Poor showing overall with a lack of a full apology from the driver and company for not being up to the required standard.

Can't recommend Sanj and Crystal Chauffeurs enough! Sanj was punctual and looked the part, he was extremely friendly and performed his duty impeccably. The service made our wedding day even better and I will not hesitate to hire Crystal Chauffeurs again!

Hi i would just like to leave a review for Jay and the chaufer who drove our Austin Martin and the Ghost Rolls Royce for our wedding on December and 17th 2016.
You we're both fabulous and we wouldn't hesitate to hire your cars again, you arrived well in time ( half an hour early ) and the service was excellant.
Thank You once again it just made our day all the more special all our love Tracy and Duncan Mills.

I used this company for my wedding. The service was really good from start to finish. the drivers was very smart and the car was exactly as promised. i would recommend this company to everyone.

Rude, impersonal driver. We booked a Rolls Royce for our wedding, the driver was more concerned that we 'only had an hour booked' than giving us a positive memorable experience.
It was raining and he couldn't be bothered to provide either bride with an umbrella and only did so begrudgingly when asked.
Bottle of drink was dumped on the back seat with no glasses. The inside of the Car was worn and tired- nothing like the pictures.
Very disappointing experience.

Had the grey Rolls Royce for the day, car was excellent, well presented and prompt.

Driver Douglas was professional and friendly.

I used this company. At first I was a little hesitant to contact them as I was from a different city so thought it would be easier (and cheaper) to hire locally. I was wrong! Not only were the prices very competitive but they had a huge variety! I actually saw the limo's I used rather then going though a company would would take a middle man cut! Great service, great price, great cars and a great selection! Thanks for the work!

My friend and I got Sanjay to take us to the airport in the Bentley limo, we was very impressed, we got a couple of bottles of bubbly, the limo looked great, the sound system was great, Sanjay was nice and he got us to the airport in time for our flight.
