If you’re even thinking about booking a once-in-a-lifetime expedition cruise, stop searching and call Steve Cappa. He planned our entire Silversea Antarctica voyage this past January, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very first conversation to our return stateside, Steve was supremely knowledgeable, incredibly informative, endlessly patient, unfailingly kind, and astonishingly responsive.

Our group of 10 travelers came together from different cities and each with our own preferences and questions. Steve handled every detail with grace and precision—coordinating flights, transfers, cabin selections, and special requests so smoothly that it felt effortless. He took the time to understand what each of us wanted from this adventure and tailored everything accordingly.

What truly set Steve apart was how he stepped up when we hit a major snag: unexpected flight delays in Chile threatened to disrupt our entire itinerary. While the rest of us were scrambling, Steve was unbelievably emphatic and responsive which helped calm down our angst about missing the whole trip. We only missed a few days due to the weather and then made it onto The Silver Wind which was simply spectacular!

The trip was truly an adventure—of a lifetime. Glaciers, wildlife, polar sunsets, and memories we’ll cherish forever. None of it would have been so seamless without Steve’s expertise, warmth, and dedication. He didn’t just book a cruise; he crafted an experience and stood by us every step of the way.

We had the great fortune to connect with Steve Cappa as our Cruise Norway agent when planning a cruise for our family of 5 to Norway. Ann Sinclair worked out all the details for us. We flew into Oslo, spent two days there. The hotel was perfect and the location was centrally and well located. Train transportation to Bergen was worked out well. We did a 12 day cruise through Hurtigruten and the check in at cruise terminal was easy. The cruise was great. We did a Coastal Express Roundtrip. Our excursions were well coordinated by Ann. Staff on board was great as was the food and accommodations. We were well pleased with all arrangements and highly reccomend Hurtigruten and Cruise Norway!

The cruise was magnificent, the food was excellent quality and the staff all friendly, but approach them with a smile and appreciation so we always try to bring the best out of people.

Diana at Cruise Norway did a wonderful job for us. She not only handled the basic bookings but she went the extra mile to fix and update things, as well as to book for us our three most important excursions when the Havila website wouldn't let us do it directly. Prompt booking for excellent expedition at incredible price. Everything was taken care of within 48h. There was a minor hiccup during the cruise about an offering, but this was resolved rather quickly.
