My son Raza Ahmec and my daughter in law Rida Hussein had a bad experience through Crown travel very care full they don’t delivered what they said at the airport they informed they are not providing guide for Umrah what is on iterinary they both going first time they don’t know anything and last moment they refused to give guide to perform umrah it was so hard for them to find in new place a guide they just trust on them they also missed their way back flight from turkey because of their negligence not informed flight change status they stayed 7 hours at the airport to booked flight
They go through lots of hard ship please don’t trust this company .

Hi all, please can I just check if anyone is having issues getting deposit money back from crown travel? I was booked for Hajj for 2020 and still have not received my deposit funds as yet. They have advised the money is ‘stuck’ in Saudi however many other travel agents have refunded customers right after the cancellation was broadcasted. I have spoken to the Ministry of Hajj and they have advised this is absolutely not the case and that I should have received my refund

This was my first umrah, so i really didn't know what to expect. Allhumdillah Crown Travel made my experience very smooth and looked after every part of the trip. The group leaders were very helpful, hands on and always available to support with questions or queries. Genuinely cannot think of nothing but positive things to say. It was a wonderful experience made even better by our travel agency. I want to give Crown Travel a massive thank you and I look forward to joining you on our next trip.

Excellent experience throughout, well organised tour with exceptionally helpful staff made this umrah memorable. All the ziyarat with guide and the visit to date farm in madinah was an amazing experience. Overall I enjoyed the trip and would love to choose crown travel again for any future trips and remcomed this company to everyone specially who are coming for first time.

Before Covid we travelled to umrah. Alhuduillah we had an amazing trip. The service we received via crown travel was on point .The communication was excellent. The hotel we stayed was near Haram . The staff of crown travel was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. When travelling to Madina car was on time and travel was excellent.
Over all the service start to finish was amazing and would highly recommend using crown travel.
We will definitely be using crown travel again.

Fantastic exp..very well guided by Mufti Siraj Saleh. Boorhan Bhai's team..Dr jJawad, Maulana Enam, ,faizal,Mahmood all extremely helpfull. I would say they went above and beyond what was required. Guided us throughout to make hajj a memorable enjoyable exp. Would recommend and would go with them again inshallah.
