I, too, paid for the lifetime support. Based on other reviews, I expected so much more. I bought the subscription for the Breezing Forms. The component looks like it is probably great. That said, there are very few usable template forms and a seriously lack of documentation that takes you beyond the simplest form.
If you are not an expert in PHP, do not expect to be able to just use this out of the box. And more importantly, do not expect anyone to help you if you pay for support. I've gotten better support for free components than these guys.
Crosstec offers full club membership for $199 supposedly entitling users to unlimited template usage and priority tech support in a paid online forum. The templates and bundled sliders seem decent but there is no documentation for customizing the templates or operating the sliders and absolutely no one attends the paid customer forum. As I wrote, the products seem decent, but $199 is much too much to pay for software with no technical support. Seriously disappointed; $199 write-off.
Outstanding service from this company. I had some problems with setting up a template I bought from their online shop, and with only a few lines of correspondance, one of the guys accessed my site and made it all work.
Besides they have a beautifull selection of great templates for running a pro website.
