customer service rep is courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive listener. he validates my concern, did not talk down on me. instead he coveys understanding and empathy. marvin is very delightful to converse with because he shows and lends humanity.

Responded to my review said they issued a refund to check my email in the next 24-48 hours . Absolutely nothing . They called and left a voicemail saying the same thing l. Then I received another voicemail from them about another lady trying to get nearly 400 back for some other service. They can’t even keep their scams straight with the people they are scamming I have both voicemails and will be submitting them both to my bank on their investigation into it. There should be an option to leave 0 stars

Signed up for the "free" service and the $1 credit report I am now being charged $34.95 and $9.95 monthly. If you call the number on the site to cancel (1 866 899 3175) you receive a message that it is not in service. The only way to cancel is apparently sending them a letter, this company is a scam and likely a front to collect sensitive data.

UPDATE
If you call from the number registered to your account it will say the number is out of service, borrow a friend's phone or generate a number and magically you will get through.

I would give this company 0 stars if it were an option.

I called to have my payments of $29.95 (CAN) refunded - they have charged me every month since December 2021!!!
I called customer service and the poor girl (I imagine she's getting these calls all the time) offered to cancel my subscription. When I requested the refund she said they cannot do refunds (strange because Credit Verify's replies to other complaints on this site mention REFUNDS). I asked that she escalate the call to a manager, she refused and upon further disputing on my end, she didn't hang up, just disappeared. Dead line, no response.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

$29.95 multiplied by 12 charges totals $359.40 (CAN). I want this money back.

CREDIT VERIFY is a bunch of scammers.

I called back, again and again. Finally, I got through, went over the same issues with the CSR, and demanded to speak to a manager/supervisor, I was told they would have one call me.
To my surprise, a supervisor did return my call.
They offered to refund me one month - I told them that was unacceptable. They offered to refund me half of the total - I told them that was unacceptable and added that I would not accept anything less than all charges in full or I would pursue legal action. I was put on hold and when the supervisor returned they told me that I would be refunded in full in 7-10 business days (if I agreed not to pursue legal action upon my repayment - I accepted.

I stand by my original review, I only wanted to update this for anyone else who has found themselves in the same situation.

I have received 4 out of 12 refunds. I was promised all 12 - no explanation or reply from the company.
Legal action will commence if I do not receive the remaining 8 payments ASAP.

A supervisor was supposed to call me back to discuss the outstanding 8 refunds. No call back was received. I am calling customer service again today.
This company does not keep its promises and makes it very difficult to get your money back. I imagine that this is how they make their money, they count on people to give up.

I contacted customer service to cancel and be refunded a pending charge for the subscription. They said they will cancel my subscription, but they will not refund my money.

I have tried to call the customer service line to cancel and always says number is not in service. A few times when it has answered it says please wait than hangs up. I’m being scammed here and they keep taking $25 a month and I can’t get it cancelled. Everything they offer is free in Credit Karma and Borrowell.

I have tried to cancel this a few times and then even today the person that I finally got through to who did help me cancel it kept trying to offer me more of a discount. With the information on the service I was not happy I sent numerous messages through the account in order to cancel, and it never happened and I kept getting charged. I will be watching closely to make sure it is fully cancelled as I have not paid for service for a couple months that I did not want.

This company is a scam! I have tried to call the number provided and can't even get through to them as it does not even ring. I have locked my credit cards and reported this as fraud! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it is a scam

They charged me 35$ and I never signed up with them and I have no idea how they got my credit card information.

When you sign up they will ask for your credit card details (TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY).

I did the 7 day trial , then tried to cancel but no replies Didn’t even get the $25! Now I’m getting charged $1 here $1 there. I went and signed up at PMF verify and lo and behold it’s Cverify and I’ve been charged $1 no where does it say I’m going to be charged at all!!!! REFUND!!!!!

I've been trying to cancel mine and my wife's accounts before the 7 day trial ends and I've been unable to get anyone on the phone. Next step will be to report my charges as fraudulent to our credit card companies if I can't get a hold of them.

With the conversion rate on my credit card they charged me twice 1.39$ and twice 40.94$ the same day (December 13th) from both CREDITV.ORG and CREDITVERI.COM.
I was able to reach someone at 866-899-3175 on December 15th . I was ok to pay one time fee of 1.39$ for my mistake but wanted a reimbursement for the 40.94$ for the subscription that I didn't want. First they told me that they can only cancel my subscription with no reimbursement. After discussion I wa able to have at least the double charge reimburse...(with no explanation why they charged double) . They say when I paid the 1.39$ it was for a 7 day free trial before being automatically enrolled in a subscription and being charged an monthly fee of 39$ ... this advertisement must have been purposely written very small for them to collect/steal an easy 40$ from customer.

The company does not tell the customer that they are going to deduct money every month

Shady company. Will charge and enroll you without your permission.

The person who I spoke with was very nice and professional. She quickly resolved my issue.
