We paid $5,500 for the credit clean service over 5 months ago. It takes weeks for them to respond to our emails and as yet we have not seen any improvements on the credit scores. Credit clean have successfully removed some dubious bad debt listings but it has not at all improved our credit scores. No one can answer a simple question as to whether this is normal or not. We just keeping getting given the run around. Total bullshit service. They put so much pressure on you to make the first payment and then you get mediocre service after that.
