We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen from Creative Homes. From the first visit right through to the finished kitchen, Alan and all the staff have been brilliant.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always so helpful, friendly and professional, as were the delivery drivers as well.

It’s not often you come across a company where the product, workmanship and customer service are all excellent, but Creative Homes have been fantastic from start to finish.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Creative Homes Scotland highly enough! From start to finish, the whole experience has been absolutely fantastic. The level of service, professionalism and attention to detail from the entire team has been second to none.

A special mention has to go to Mark, the Sales Manager, who has been brilliant throughout — friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always on hand to make sure everything was running smoothly. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and we really appreciated the time and effort he put in.

The kitchen fitters deserve a huge shout-out too. They were fantastic from start to finish — professional, tidy, hardworking and clearly took great pride in what they do. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was finished to a really high standard.

In fact, the whole team deserves praise. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been friendly, courteous and professional, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction genuinely matters to Creative Homes Scotland.

We have had a new bathroom installed by Creative Homes and from the initial contact, where we first visited their premises, right thro’ to deliver things went so easily and we realised we were dealing with professionals.
Sandra originally came out to visit us and helped us thro’ picking the units (from the type of tap to the type of bath) and made sure she understood exactly what we were looking for. The design was laid out for us with the occasional tweak where we required it.
Manufacture and delivery was fitted into both our timescale and our installer.
What we have ended up with is the most beautiful bathroom and I, honestly, would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Outstanding.

Had my bathroom fitted last may with them great job .. had a problem with my toilet this week messaged mark and it was sorted in a few days . Great service x

we were quite apprehensive at first about having our kitchen renewed as we were envisaging all sorts of problems arising. firstly the designing went perfectly the designer showed us courtesy as my wife is totally blind.then the installation time came. we didnt know what to expect. we were assured by the installing team that they would show due dilligence,and they gave that in spades. we were totally pleased in there workmanshipwe would recommend them to anyone.

We had had two media walls installed, beyond delighted with all aspects of the work from start to finish! Would not hesitate to recommend this company!

My wife and i seen Creative Homes Scotland advert on TV .We were considering having a media wall in our lounge so went to their showroom at Peffermill in Edinburgh.We were met by Katie who was very helpful taking detail of what we would like showing us all products on offer then arranging to make a home visit .After home visit we returned to showroom to see plan on computer,we were given price for materials and approximate cost of fitting.Fitters Matt and Greig came to see us,a price for fitting was agreed and fitting date arranged.Creative Homes then delivered material 2days before fitting date ,Matt and Greig who were very nice guys ,very informative as they installed the units and wall boarding ,installing TV and lighting-a first class job in our opinion.Following installation a nice touch was Operation Director Mark calling in to see us and make sure we were happy with everything

Got my kitchen done from here, and wow!!! The experience from start to finish was unbelievable! From Harris & Janet to Greg & Martin I couldn’t have asked for better people to deal with. Everything was done amazingly! The fitters were the cleanest and most helpful workers I have ever had in my house. Would highly recommend them!! We recently had a full bathroom refurbishment by Creative Homes Scotland, Glenrothes. From initial visit by Ken, who helped us with the design, through to installation, was a very good experience. Our fitter Mike arrived on time, and worked tirelessly and kept us updated on progress. When the work was completed, to a very high standard, they finished off by cleaning up thoroughly. We are absolutely delighted with the refurbishment and after care (Mark).

Very friendly staff, who listened to all our requests, Bruce the plumber who coordinated works was very hard working and always on time, Mark the creative homes project manager was also very good and diligent, we are very happy with the finished result.

Just had a new kitchen installed and it is out of this world.From design through to completion everything went perfectly. Alan was a great help making our design work and pointed out better ways of making good use of space.We were over the moon with the installers who went above and beyond my normally high expectations and we will be returning to them for our bathroom.We are so glad we picked Creative from our list of prospective companies but they were able to do everything within our budget Once again thank you

We had a new creative homes bathroom fitted in February on a recommendation from Andy at ACJ removals.
Our bathroom was professionally designed by Maggie at Creative homes and fitted by a subcontractor.
However, once fitted there were some small issues that needed adjusting. So we contacted the subcontractor who basically fobbed us off for months.
Eventually we approached Allan (26/6/26)the owner of creative homes who listened to our concerns and then arranged for another fitter Roy to come and rectify the issues (29/6/26).Roy took just over an hour to complete the snags to our satisfaction.
We can't thank Allan and Roy enough for the prompt service we received. On that we would highly recommend Creative Homes for the professional service they provide.

Would highly recommend. Our bathroom is looking fabulous. Plumber, joiner, tilers all arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves. If looking for new bathroom please give Creative Homes a call.

Our new bathroom was fitted more than a year ago. Recently, one or two minor snags required attention and Creative Homes were excellent in attending to this. Speed of response, personal we dealt with and the standard of fitting could not have been any better. Would recommend Creative to anyone - the installation was great and the repair which was required was dealt with splendidly. Well done.

Excellent experience all round with Creative homes! I wanted a media wall, but with so much choice everywhere I really didn't know where to start. Maggie was amazing in advising and designing my media wall, the materials used are excellent quality and you can tell as soon as you walk in the room! She made my dream living space come to life and I am absolutely thrilled with the result! I chose Creative Homes as I am a busy working mum and don't have time to go back and forward to 100 different tradesmen and deal with it all myself, and I am SO glad I did! I sat with Maggie to design it and they did the rest! Just what I wanted and cannot thank them enough for making this whole project so easy! I even received a beautiful bunch of flowers for my custom which was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Thank you Creative Homes!
