I’m always happy with customer service at Creative IT.. I dealt with Evan and Jamie.

The team at Creative IT are always brilliant to deal with. Their customer service is fantastic & any issues are dealt with fast. I’ve purchased several refurb phones over the years through them and they have come in pristine condition and perfect working order. I would highly recommend their service.

Friendly , helpful staff

Professional

My computer needed repairing. Advised me to buy refurbished one, sourced it and sold it for price of original repair. Meticulous in moving my stuff from old to new machine. Went beyond what I expected.

Instaling the updated system on the laptop.

Found them helpful

I needed a service for my phone which my service provider refused to do .... due in part to the fact that it wasn't straightforward. It took expertise and patience to complete.
I was delighted with the outcome and found the service at creative I T most helpful and professional

As always.
Very helpful and fast service. I wouldn’t even consider anyone else for repairs or purchase. Creative IT have it nailed.

Over the years I’ve been dealing with many different companies and this one is number one on my list.
The attention to detail and the quality of their work is incredible.
Keep up the good work.
Best wishes.
Arthur Dempsey.

Did what I asked you to do in double quick time. Which is a great service to get.
Many thanks and very best regards, Tommy swarbrigg

I was very happy with the service and kindness they have shown me while buying my tech there and I will 100 percent purchase there again.

Excellent service had my item very quickly

I think it was Evan I spoke to most times in the shop, but absolutely lovely man to speak to and was great help the whole way through my repair. My 3ds was repaired well, so no complaints about the repair.

Good communication all through the repair and the process and costs. Highly recommend

Delighted with my new laptop. Jamie was most helpful. And thank you for organising it for me in record time.

Knowledgable. Efficient. Polite.

I had my Apple Watch repaired here and am very happy with it. Had it back within a few days. Helpful, friendly staff.
Highly recommend.
Thanks guys

Job done and reasonable cost too
I felt like I was getting a brand new laptop
