2nd time visiting and unfortunately same experience. You need a great deal of patience as service is non existing.

4 members of staff behind the counter. 3 having a laugh with their back to the shop. One focused on cutlery.

Cutlery girl finally saw me and did not answer my question about serving me.

Anyhow got my ice-cream which actually is non descript quite a shame.

Morden Branch Surrey - I ordered on Deliveroo and the cookie dough that arrived was ROCK HARD! It could be used as a weapon. I contacted Deliveroo who gave me a number to call and the man who answered (can only assume the manager of creams) was the most rudest and utterly disgusting person I have ever spoken to. He even hung up on me. I urge you all to order from another branch. If this is how customers are treated, I dread to think how the food is handled.

Very slow service. They bought the wrong order out after waiting 20mins for it. Won't be coming to Hounslow branch again.

Doncaster branch - went in to buy ice creams for my daughter, granddaughter and self. Stood waiting to order in front of the check out. Had to say that I was ready to order, after a minute or so as they were nattering.

We just wanted a simple cone then to see that +50p to have a cone rather than £2.50 for a scoop in a tub. I’d accepted it was a bit of a treat and my total bill would be £7.50.

In silent protest, but shocked, I opted to do without. Allowing my daughter and granddaughter their treat. My bill, £6.00.
loss of £1.50 to the company. Even in the supermarket a pack of 10 waffle cones is about £1.30.

I walked over to the counter and asked how long it would take to be told they’d do them when they’d done the orders. 5 minutes plus. Granted everyone has to wait their turn. I’m happy with that but when you see 5 members of staff 3 stood talking, 2 of which at the counter and 2 chatting while at machines. You kind of think not great customer service.

Then you have chance for the eyes to wander and the cleanliness, or lack there of, is obvious.

Lovely person came to serve us and said that she’d have to double cone because the cones were broken. Oh dear.

In the current and future economic climate it makes me so cross that companies value instant profit rather than looking after future projections. Keeping a client base through loyalty and fair pricing. We’ve all got to be careful with money. What are people going to choose as their treat. Certainly not icecream parlours if they’re not up to spec. Customer service and product are as important as each other.

I won’t be going back. Once bitten.

I visited the Croydon Purley way Creams, it took them 20 minutes to prepare our order which was basically a milk shake and couple of sundaes. They were not busy but just messing around. Then when I got the order they gave me the wrong sundae after all that waiting. I offered to take those but with a refund but they decide to throw what they prepared in the bin. The staff didn’t even apologise for the mess up. It’s a consistent theme as I live nearby and visit this restaurant regularly but this is the last time I am visiting this place.

They never have anything on the menu. Total bs place. Birmingham.

Pretty much that we wanted on the menu was unavailable. The toilets were grim. This was my 1st visit and I definitely won’t be returning.

Walk-in order. As always service was prompt
Great customer service from all but outstanding from Onur and Dre.

Dear bobby the own i believe for creams café.

i very good evening i just wanted to understand why a member of staff offers such shocking service and lack of respect for customer.

went in the store tonight to order 2 x cheesecakes lotus
vanilla ice x1
chocolate cake
banoffee ice cream x1
bubble gum ice cream and raspberry sorbet.

in totally 26.75 which i paid by card i severed by an younger lad .

when the ordered was ready i asked every think there the response was yes.

drove back home got in and lotus cheesecake missing

i have drove back in to store spoken to someone who says he's the manager i would say he's not how he acted to me and how unhelpful he was.

he's charged me any items and not charged me correctly for the lotus cheesecake.

he was saying its my fault the person called josh.

so charging me in correctly is an customer fault

its seems the company happy to accept ordered but when you get it wrong and make a customer drive to store after confirming its all correct by josh just shocking this company don't care.

After reviewing cctv and staff accounts of what happened I conclude Consider yourself excluded from Creams.
We will not serve you in future as we’re never going to get it right for you.

Very good customer service very good food

I visited the Edgware branch with my family.. 4 people... Worst experience.... Inside there was so hot, you couldn't breathe... I have to ask them to turn on the air-conditioner... The sundaes are half of the size and double the price like before... we were waiting 25 minutes for our orders... very big disappointment...

If you’re going to charge high prices then better customer service and clean tables required …. Kaspas in Cheltenham took note and better service , cleaner tables and staff that smile and more attentive.

Thay took so long and after 1 hour it finaly arrived but not the other 2 took 10m there are only 2 people working here but thay gave us 3 a free slush puppy for the wait and delay and the utensils were dirty

Absolute pile of cr@p. Staff are completely thick and no ice cream available. What sort of ice cream cafe doesn’t have any ice cream?! Complete waste of time and money and very disappointed kids. AVOID CAMBERLEY BRANCH

Went to the Creams in the Showcase cinema complex in Southampton on Saturday. It was very quiet with only one family eating there. Stood at the counter waiting to be served while the 4 staff stood chatting and laughing together for a good 5 minutes ignoring us. Eventually they decided to serve us, but I understand how annoying a paying customer must be when you just want to stand around gossiping.. ice cream okay but the tables were all filthy as were the aprons the staff were wearing, but who cares about cleanliness in a food outlet when you just want to stand about socialising for a living. Pre pandemic it wasn’t like this.

My royale sundae when ordered had no sauce, toppings or chocolate sauce!! Paid £10 for cream and vanilla ice cream. Also got a waffle that was binned after a bite. DO NOT order from here, only ever go to the real store.

Avoid the Telford branch, I have never had such poor service. Took about 25 minutes and a gentle reminder to staff that we still had not received our order, 3 single scoop ice creams!! The place was hardly busy yet the staff seemed to have no idea how to run the place. Also the downstairs loo was blocked and absolutely disgusting. When we reported it to staff they said they knew about it!! Tell me where was the sign that should have been placed outside to tell us not to use it whilst in its disgusting blocked state. We will never return here, what an absolute shambles!!!!

If I could give this no stars I would! AVOID this place, we walked in just before 8pm, I had phoned ahead to check closing time as website says 9pm . The girl on the phone said 8.45pm. So plenty of time to eat a dessert. However on arrival all the chairs in seating area were on the tables so I asked if we could sit down. No the girl said we don’t allow people to sit in after 8pm. I said but you told me you don’t close until 8,45pm (website says 9pm)she replied we need time to clean down! There was no one else in there and I counted 3 staff standing doing nothing apart from looking at us in disgust that we’d walked in and they might have to do something! My daughter then notice that on the door it actually said they closed at 23.00. One of the girls said “yes it’s wrong, it needs changing”. We were then told it was take out only and that was there policy after 8pm, however the price was no different to the eat in menu! creams of Scarborough this is why businesses fail we were 2 families of 4 for the sake of wiping a table down after we left you lost our custom. Maybe when you do get round to changing that door you should state that it’s take out only after 8pm, maybe then adjust your prices to match other take out dessert shops in the area or change this policy completely to allow customers to sit down in your restaurant. Then you might get some customers in your empty restaurant after 8pm. Very poor customer service. We went onto holy cow which was totally amazing and cheaper. So if your reading this and looking for a great dessert with friendly staff go there instead! Unfortunately this lady can’t offer eat in but her prices reflects this.
