Just an all around great experience
Everything about this order from start to finish was incredible. I was given an immediate quote, but once I reached out to customer service to change a few things, I was given an updated quote without issue. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and very helpful. The pricing was so reasonable, especially compared to some of the other quotes I received. The sign itself arrived quickly and it was packaged very well. We were worried because the outside box was beat up, however the sign was perfect. Also, this is a small thing, but the wiring on the back of the sign was SO neat and orderly, it really appealed to my OCD. Would definitely order from here again.

I received my purchase today and it far exceeds my expectations. I ordered this for my son and daughter in law’s baby’s shower, the name of my new grandson, Truett. It is absolutely one of the best gifts I can give them, not to mention it is a great added decoration at the shower! Production and delivery was fast. The packaging to protect the product was exceptional. And the workmanship and quality of the product was perfect. Good service.. bad quality??
The buying process was really great, I felt like they provided me a decent sign with a good price, design turnaround was quick, and shipping was smooth and it was well packed. It’s been a little while and my sign will randomly turn off and also on. I imagine this would be a problem with the power block it came with but for it to be having issues after only a few months is troublesome. I don’t move my sign around at all so for it to be going bad already is really disappointing.

Absolutely fantastic!
Absolutely fantastic!! They had so many options on sizes for their signs which is very difficult to find. Most sites have a range of lengths to choose from but you can custom order your size here and the height of the letters is an option also. That makes a huge difference when you order a large sign. Mine is for my sons wedding! Fast service and packaged perfectly. No way there was a chance of any damage.

The sign looked amazing
The sign looked amazing! We were running short on time as we wanted something special for our wedding when we came across the neon signs. We put in a rush order on Sunday and we got notified on Monday afternoon that it was complete and we'd received it by Thursday! The Sign was a highlight behind our head table!
