Stolen / missing Batteries......TWICE
This was the second of two orders. The first was Y 203889055 consisting of two Dewalt Powerstack batteries and two Dewalt chargers. Y 203889055 was delivered on 11/20/2025. I brought the package in immediately and sliced down the middle of the clear packing tape on top and opened the top flaps of the box .Only the batteries were stolen from each of the two "clamshell" (yes I looked up the term). There appeared to be no tampering with the box and there was only one layer of tape, thus it appears the theft was perpetrated in the fulfillment process. I spoke to Jay at CPO and he recommended replacing the order rather than sending me the two missing batteries, because that would take more time. The replacement order Y 204002548 arrived 12/18/2025 and was also brought in immediately with the exact same results I spoke with a very courteous Kimberly Sanchez and sent her multiple pictures of both orders. CPO obviously has a fulfilment theft problem. I confirmed with her Ms. Sanchez I am shipping both orders (4 chargers) back and want a refund since there appears to be no future in trying this again.
I have done business with CPO several times in the past, Sadly I am not inclined to deal with them going forward
