The process took forever, but they did pay the claim so that's a blessing.

Had an accident in Spain. Once I supplied all the documents the claim was approved within a week. I expect to get the check today. Much easier than I expected and cheaper than the rental car company insurance.

I love the ease of getting a quote and buying the peace of mind I need when hiring a car. The process couldn’t be easier and it costs a fraction of the cost of extra cover at the car hire desk when they sell you the doom and gloom scenario of being left with potentially big bills should something go wrong. This cover takes all that away as well as the awkward conversation at the desk when you feel you’re risking everything to hire a car for a few days if you don’t take out their cover which adds significantly to the cost of hire. 10/10.

Always Use them when renting a car. Never needed to claim. (touch wood!) But feel happy with service offered.

They reimbursed the money to us really quickly after we made the claim (2 tyres had to be replaced after biting damaged hard shoulder). Their website forms weren't working properly so that added some hassle, but the customer service team allowed me to lodge a manual claim easily.

We rented our rental car through a third party website from Sixt rentals. We unfortunatley had someone try to break into our vehicle during new years party on the streets of portugal, porto. We tried to talk to the car rental company but they insisted on charging us over $1,000 for the damages. At first we thought it was just a loss we had to take until I looked at my emails for the insurance company we randomly added on last minute from an email they sent us. I started a claim really easily by the instructions left in the emails and on the portal they give you access too. I uploaded the required documents and within I believe 2-3 days we received a link to process the payment which was in full!! We added our bank account info and it was processed :) 10/10 recommend! We only paid around $110 for the insurance for 14 days!

Had a small claim when renting in France. Rental car company took their pics, did their estimate and promised me what I needed to submit my claim to RentalCover I sent to RentalCover and got approval and reimbursement in one day!

I was told there is a scratch on the car when returning it. The rental company charged me GBP510 and makes me feel really worry and sad. However, Rentalcover reimbursed me within one day after I submitted the report. Thank you very much I am so glad I purchase my policy from rentalcover

We had a claim over a cracked window and the rental cover did respond very quickly. The process was also very quick. The only downside is the exchange rate as we lost AUD100 on the exchange that is think is not fair.
