Great car. Terrible service…
I cannot believe the appalling service I have received from the Renault dealership. We ordered a brand new car in August and have had to do all of the chasing to try and find out where it is in the production line. We find out today that they have not even ordered it.
The communication from the garage has been terrible. We have had to make all of the phone calls and emails. They have not done any of the follow up you would expect from a car salesman. It is a good car and I wanted a Renault but I would absolutely choose a different franchise if you want to buy one. Don’t use County garage for your new Renault
