Cosyhomes pestered me for a visit. Yet again, another call to look in my roof to assess mass foam installation. It was necessary for me to cancel the visit and I was shocked beyond measure when the arranger of visits lost control of his tongue, wrongly accusing me of being a liar when, in actual fact, he hadn't listened to the facts and slammed the phone down. I was appalled by his rudeness.

If they ever eventually showed up here I would be sure to lock them in the roof space.

Excellent service from Pete, Cosier Homes. Done all my wooden floors downstairs which look incredible. Professional service, always arrived at scheduled time. Good price. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional service! 2 days wasted waiting for Cosy Homes to visit.

DAY 1
I rang Cosy Homes the morning of the meeting to make sure the visitor had the correct address and my contact number. Called again at lunch to check they were definatley still visiting only to be told the guy had already been to site but could not find the property so left. No explanation as to why he hadn't called my number even though the customer service team gad assured me he would call if he could not access the property for any reason. The appointment was rescheduled for 2 weeks later.

DAY 2 WASTED
Was told the day of the retrofit survey that the surveyor 'couldn't make it' and they rescheduled the visit in another 4 weeks.

To date Cosy Homes are 6 weeks behind on my Cosy Homes application. I dread too think what the remaining experience of their work will be like.

Pour evaluer un peu le serieux de cette petite agence et de ses employés modeles je vais vous donner l'exmeple d'une petite arnaqueuse qui y travaille au nom de Charlotte Daniault, elle m'a arnaqué de façon ostentatoire elle m'a promis un remboursement après que je suis intervenue chez une de leur locataire
Avec un plombier après concertation avec elle pour éviter le pire ( inondation) sachant que ça coulait chez moi et m'a incité à une intervention rapide me promettant un remboursement certain par la suite ( écrit et signé) , par la suite elle se dérobe en déclarant que c'était le travail des assurances.. c'est tellement mesquin aucun honneur,aucune parole , ses responsables derrière elle n'ont pas donné suite, je vais poursuivre mon combat promis.

Extremely poor experience. A quote was given and charged for. I was then told it would cost another £20 so called and they told me it would cost an additional £300. this whole process took 3 weeks, during which time I cancelled a booking with another surveyor who had offered it for only slight higher than the initial price cosey homes had given. Cosey homes were not at all proactive about co-ordinating with the estate agent. Now I will have to wait for another 2 weeks to receive a refund so I can book elsewhere. overall just interacting with them has added 5 weeks to the process and significant time in emailing and calling. Absolutely do not trust them

From Mr and Mrs hunter ,from Cornwall. advising not to have cosy home solutions as they are not reliable on finishing the job ,left me with a leaking radiator,only plastic but up to the windows,no skirting boards ,no coving,left us in a right mess,can't get in touch with them. disgusting

You rang me up and then got a person to ring me back to make a time to come and visit, waited in all day then had a phone call telling me he was on his way . Waited in another 3hours , never turned up. Rang him back. Asked him to return phone call. Never did. Called the following morning and had a clear line so we could both hear each other then just faded out . Never rang back.

Had internal wall insulation fitted 2 months ago. Never came back to finish the job. Joiner never came to fit window sill or skirting, had to buy and fit out of own pocket. No contact about heaters and website and phone no longer working. Absolute cowboy outfit, avoid like the plague. They are just ripping off the funding scheme.

I had Cosy homes install my insulation first class job . But !!! Have been waiting since January for heaters to be installed. Many phone calls made by me each time told it will be done in 2 weeks .now trying to call them and message saying you have dialled an incorrect number . I haven’t been able contact them for two weeks any one else having this problem ?

Never came back to finish the job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Total cowboys , Damaged my property , Left me with no heating for a month (Still waiting) Left multiple bags of waste behind , Blocked me when I complained . I implore you not to get involved with this company .

Just our wall insulation done by sash craig and his dad what a fab team. Really professional friendly and went over and above what they needed to do. Plaster work fabulous. Really great guys with a great work ethic would highly recommend.

I had the luck of finding Gunter with Cosy Homes Ireland. He is a master craftsman to the extreme. He put in a new wood fired stove for me yesterday. He took away the old fireplace and made the chamber three sizes bigger. He plastered the walls. He had to go on the roof to insert the flue. He did a perfect job. He even cleaned and hoovered up the room afterwards. I cannot say enough good things about Gunter. This is the second job he has done for me in both Dublin and Kerry.

Had an unsolicited call from a Bot, who claimed to be new to the job. Then was rang by somebody who was determined to get through their sales script and started shouting at me when I tried to ask questions, suggested I was being rude to her and then slammed the phone down when I suggested that both of us thought that the other was being rude. If this set up is not a scam they really need to work on their marketing.

Jordan and Ryan arrived to carry out our loft insulation, A pleasant professional friendly pair. Jordan especially went above and beyond to converse with us about the job in hand.

SHOCKING COMPANY!! Myself and other clients in Scotland were left high and dry by them after doing half a job, one excuse after another and loads of lies then an angry call from a director Because he didn’t like my comments. 😡 And I’m blocked from their social media sites again because they don’t like me warning people.

Had internal wall insulation done, great bunch of lads, good laugh and worked hard and non stop to get job done.
Done an amazing job also
