I also got an email saying my goods are all delivered. but they are not.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY DO NOT DELIVER AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WONT RESPOND TO ANY CONTACT MADE JUST ANOTHER SCAMMER

Didn’t receive product or Any response from their customer rep regarding missing orders

This company is a scam. No reply regarding orders and no tracking details. Avoid at all cost.

Company is a scam. I placed 2 orders neither of which were ever delivered. They do not respond to emails and there is no telephone number on their website. Do no give your hard earned money to these guys.

My order didn’t arrive. It is way past the delivery time. Did not receive a tracking number. Pretty sure it is a scam site. Do not order from this site.

Ordered on the 6th of August got a message saying ordered delivered on the 6th August contacted Cosbys ( as l didn't get my order) was told 'We have some technical issues on our end today'.
It is now the 22nd of August and still no delivery or answer to my email regarding my delivery

If I could give no stars I would. Says my order was delivered but it wasn’t. Tried to call, email, msg you name it. They won’t answer any of the above. Pretty sure cosby’s superstore is a scam.

Terrible service was told delivery was expected between 19 / 21 August & to make sure to be home , so I waited & nothing & they are now not replying to emails : please let all your family & friends know they'll never get their orders so don't order anything . they say they use their own transport company but if you check your tracking page they are using the sendle logo up top left corner it's a scam

Terrible customer service! I had 2 orders & neither arrived. Company stopped replying to my emails, refused to give me proper tracking numbers & did not respond when I asked for a refund. Do not purchase from this company!

I am still waiting for my refund for order on 6 aug via afterpay. I did a dispute and cosby said have been refunded. I check afterpay still no refund.The website now is unavailable but the payments still keep going. So where will the remain payment if it had been disputed?

All the positive reviews are fake with accounts created a day before the review and with only 1 review posted.

Made a purchase and was promised it would arrive in 5 days. It is now a few weeks later and without a working tracking number, do not purchase from these scammers.

Absolutely terrible communication, no updates on tracking since the 10th august. What little response i do get is blunt and obviously lies! Lesson learnt dodgy as anything
