Nice and simple, did what they said they would do and no pushy sales people.

We seen a car we liked on line. Salesmen were so helpful. Went to collect the car 3 days later to find it being valeted. It was spotless when we viewed. Neil was a diamond. Helped us tax the car and done exchange of details on log books. He was very helpful and made the process so very easy for us. Thank you. Would thourally recommend.

Great service from (Terry) from the warranty, called on Wednesday to inform him of a warranty fault for my car what I have had for 1 year. He told me to send the invoice. Invoice sent today, garage paid straight away. Thank you. This is my 4th car with you guys, I would highly recommend taking out the lifetime warranty. Great service.

Great prompt response to enquiries regarding previous bought vehicles

Response (below) to my last review. Let’s unveil the facts here, shall we? We have been informed by the mechanic who undertook our service that a man called ‘Terry’ (big coincidence) had in fact contacted his mobile number to pretend he wanted warranty work undertaken, asking whether his company was VAT registered. Our mechanic’s wife had replied truthfully and said no. Now, I’m sure Terry will deny any knowledge of this, but it seems very, very coincidental, doesn’t it?!

We bought our car and the extended warranty in good faith from what we thought was a reputable dealer, particularly as the last car we bought from them has been brilliant. Yes, we should have checked the garage who serviced our car was VAT registered, which is why we did not this any further. We accepted our ‘mistake’ - if only others were as honest!

However, as we have now paid to replace the gearbox and clutch ourselves, we have now been informed that the ‘original’ gearbox was in fact a replacement gearbox with the SCRAP YARD’S markings on it!!! Also, the defective gearbox had not been secured in place properly, with bolts, clips and hoses missing! I am speechless! We are now seeking legal advice. Don’t tell us you are truly sorry, and you have no idea how frustrated and angry we are. You could have endangered us as a family and you accept no responsibility whatsoever!

It’s disappointing to learn that the issues with your Fiesta ST have led to such a difficult situation. We take feedback like yours seriously, unfortunately the warranty terms and conditions do stipulate that the car must be serviced in a VAT registered garage and you had not serviced it in a VAT registered garage, this is the reason that your warranty claim was rejected.’

Our recent experience with Corner Park Garages was a very positive one. We dealt with Sankey regarding my son Jamie's purchase of his new car, who was very friendly, helpful and professional at all times. There was an outstanding recall on the car which they arranged to have sorted at a local Dealership before we collected it. They also went out of their way to accommodate an AA Inspection of the vehicle at short notice. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make this a very stress free experience, which was really appreciated. On arrival at the Garage all the staff we met were very relaxed, friendly and helpful.
More than happy to recommend Corner Park if you're looking to buy a good quality used car.

Great choice of cars and very efficient sales process. The website was easy to navigate with good photos and accurate information. The sales personnel were pleasant but not at all pushy - we could just get on with looking at the car on our own. Polite and efficient. Would definitely use again.

Very small problem with the car instantly sorted out for me

I agreed to everything what they said but didn't agree to what I had to say.

I purchased a car from swansea fabian way and I had problems with the back seat and I must say they have exceeded themselves on putting it right for me they gave me the option to change my car to a diff one . The sales team are A1 TIM is amazing he hasn't rushed me to making a decision and been extremely patient and professional , what I would say also don't be afraid too spk up as Tim and Craig has the patience of a saint .

All I can say is speak as you find. After buying a car off Corner Park it started to have issues, and after getting in touch with Terry The Aftersales Manager nothing was to much trouble, he went out of his way to sort out the problem. I was supplied with a little runaround to keep me mobile and the garage it was sent to is up the road from me and is the best of the best.When I had the car back it had been valeted inside and out and was like new.I don`t understand the negative reviews Corner Park gets. Thank You Terry ( Top Man ).

Bought a qassqai last week, staff gave 1st class service without being pushy.Car was presented in top class condition.Can not find any problems at all and have a month gaurantee

If I could rate this car dealer any lower I would, they deserve zero stars. After paying £99 to reserve a Fiat 500X in reportedly' very good condition,' we drove 170 miles to find the car full of scratches, marks and dents on the bodywork and not even clean. When we questioned the condition the salesman, Neil merely shrugged and made no apology for the state of the car or our wasted journey.
Judging by the other negative reviews on many websites including Google, I feel sure they will similarly state falsely that they 'do not recognise' us in their system, in order to not accept this complaint as valid.
I will add that they have not replied to our emails requesting the refund of the £99 falsely advertising this vehicle as being in 'very good condition.'
On speaking to many locals this garage is well known as being infamous for their bad reputation, poor service and substandard vehicles.
Be warned and Avoid at ALL costs!
