Contrado US Bewertungen

My fabric arrived but has distortions and streaks throughout the length of the fabric and smearing of lettering makes those sections of the fabric unusable. I see that you have a Contrado US but you only provide a UK phone number on your web pages. I tried to call but you were unavailable. I also left an email but so far no response back. I live in Washington State in US and need to know what time is best to reach someone in your customer service.

Beautiful products and excellent service. I wouldn’t hesoto order again.

Printing is accurate and the fabric is real silk

They do really nice work, it is exactly as presented, fast, reliable.

I only wish that their interface for designing was more user-friendly and would allow me to really see what I was going to produce with more accuracy.

Otherwise, for a quick sample of my end product, it was wonderful!

Adorable socks! The quality of the photograph transfer was excellent.

The Price, the Quality, and the Speed of delivery (From EU to USA) was Outstanding! Extremely pleased with their Service... Will use again!

Highly recommend, great quality, perfect turnaround time.

Amazing service, quality product and so fast!

Really impressed with the Slinky Matt Lycra. The first custom print fabric I've found that's great for swimwear. Vivid colors and the print looks amazing. It's a little expensive, but well worth the finished product.

Great fast service. Good Quality!

I have placed two orders so far with Contrado ordering photos printed on two different types of fabric. Both orders were beautifully printed in colors and details true to the original image. Turnaround time was amazingly fast and two day FedEx made for less than a week from design to delivery. I would definitely recommend Contrado!

I received my custom printed yard of cotton fabric in 2 days shipped to USA from the UK. the quality was very good and I was able to easily wash, iron and incorporate into a quilt for a customer with excellent results. Thank you! Will definitely consider future orders after this excellent experience.

Fantastic quality, easy to design and order amd super fast print and post. Highly reccomend

Great Bomber jackets, high quality. Regular hoodies are good and well worth it, but they could be better

Great quality and perfect production speed !!

This company had excellent communication throughout my ordering process and also delivery was pretty quick. I would highly recommend!!

quality - customer service - delivery and overall offerings are excellent - thank you -

I have been a customer for a long time and I have spent a great deal of money with Contrado. I occasionally get products with serious defects and it doesn’t bother me because I know they will address it. My big complaint is that when a problem does occur the response is to automatically reissue the same item. I could tell from the defective items that the print I was using was too large so I didn’t want a reprint of the same item. Store credit would have been more useful to me. Now I have wasted several hundred dollars and two weeks.
