Worst experience ever …
Ordered contacts waited months ask what the problem was no response just refunded my money. So I tried again refunded my money without explanation. Horrible customer service and even worse communication. Would not ever recommend this company to anyone.

As you were pressing for either a refund or a replacement shipment, we made the decision to issue a refund. Based on the delivery information we had, it appeared that the package had already most likely reached you.
When you placed a second order, we decided to cancel it and issue an immediate refund. From our perspective, the situation seemed self-explanatory, as the first order had already been refunded while the shipment appeared to have been delivered. However, we understand that we should have communicated this to you clearly instead of assuming the reason was obvious.
For that lack of explanation, we sincerely apologize, Phillip. We agree that we should have responded more clearly and directly.
