Really wanted to support these guys as veterans, but the lack of communication and service is kinda inexcusable. Order placed back in September for 1 October despatch ... nothing received. Tried emailing, FB messaging etc and still no response. If the product is out of stock, just tell me and refund my money please.

Update: I have this morning received an email from the company informing me there has been a delay in fulfilling my order and they have no idea of when this might be resolved. They offered a full refund, which I have accepted. Hopefully it won't take too long to process.

Ordered a pre order on the 13th of September for dispatch on the 1st of October, no emails, no follow up, had to email to find out that they cant fulfill the order. Terrible customer service. Would steer clear.

Legends, only coffee I want to order. Why would you buy anything else! Looking forward to some of the new merch drops 😉

Have been a customer for some time and really enjoy their coffee. However paid for their last promotion Ammo box 4 bags of coffee and 2 mugs expected to dispatch on the 01/10/26 checked up and it appears they can't fulfill this order. Very disappointed as a Veteran I want to help Veteran companies but this is the second Vet Coffee company that has failed to suplly an order. Won't use again sorry guys.

Terrible experience.
Ordered coffee and was advised 2 weeks after ordering there was none in stock so they cancelled my order and didn’t issue refund. I’m still waiting on refund after they cancelled 2 weeks ago! Terrible service slow to respond with no resolve! I wouldn’t order from this company ever again.

Wow it tastes amazing all the diffenr strengths I use to drink supermarket coffee all the time and I though I would finally try this I am not disappointed the diffrence and freshness is unreal this is my go to for coffee now with out a doubt would recommend to anyone you won't be disappointed top quality coffee

Absolutely amazing company.
Coffee is excellent, packs a great punch and I’m only on 3/5 cannot wait to try the rest.
Customer service is better than almost every other company I’ve used.
The mug that came with the Reece’s party bundle had broken in shipping, within 2 hours of my emailing the support line a new one had been ordered and sent.
Cannot knock these guys excellent choice for your coffee.

Nicest filter coffee i have tasted never been big fan of filter coffee but I wont be changing back now after ordering the sample packs with the aeropress and a really nice mug couldn't be happier with my order will be putting in new one verry soon and look forward to trying other blends.

Originally tried their coffee bags years ago, but recently placed another order for one of their bundles - good updates, quick delivery and tasty coffee. Good to know that some of the profits also go to charity. Would order from again.

You really can't fault the people who work for them, which is why I'm struggling to understand some of the other reviews.

You're not ordering your next box of Nespresso pods. There isn't an AI or 30 customer service agents waiting to answer your email. This is exactly what it says it is: a homegrown, UK-based coffee supplier, made by real people who are veterans.

I ordered the Tester Pack, Cleared Hot and an enamel mug. Within a day, the guys were in touch to explain there had been an unexpected delay. That's all you can really ask for from a company, transparency.

I then ballsed up my own order by putting the wrong postcode in. Nicholas was fantastic. There's no other way to describe it. They were patient, helpful and got everything sorted, with the order arriving in good time once Yodel finally pulled their finger out.

But the bit we all actually want to know: what's the coffee like?

Is it any good?

Yes. These guys are the real deal. The coffee is fresh, bold and incredibly easy to drink, and Red On! is a completely different calibre. As I said to them in my email, these coffees wouldn't be out of place in a restaurant, whether casual or fine dining. In fact, I've had considerably worse coffee in some of them.

Moral of the story? Stop reading reviews and buy the bloody coffee. It's pretty good.

This coffee is hoofing. Best I have ever tasted. Being a total coffee snob, I have had many different coffee companies. But Contact coffee is top notch stuff.
I bought Red On and took out a subscription too. The customer service is brilliant easy to order and delivery was very good. The comms with the company are cool to plenty of information provided. I cannot fault this company. Keep up the good work chaps and your coffee is Mega !!!’

Just received my order of 4 different blend packets packed inside an original surplus ammo tin. For 40 odd quid, exclusive of delivery, the value is absolutely phenomenal.

I just brewed my first mug of Battle Prep using a 12g ratio, and the flavour is sensational. This blend has a brilliant, heavy body that feels premium. It perfectly balances a strong, smoky kick with sweet, complex undertones of liquorice and dark chocolate. It is incredibly robust but drinks incredibly smooth.

Beyond the top-tier coffee, I love knowing my purchase supports our brave Royal Marine Commando veterans on civvie street. Incredible business helping heroes manage PTSD and mental health. Thank you for your service guys.

my message was in relation to an email from Luke asking why I had't ordered any more. I said I was still drinking my previous order and as you were poor on the comms regarding no stock, I won't be ordering again

Stop using Yodel and get yourselves a decent courier. Ref your revert, be careful you don't get hundreds of thousands of times too big for your customers. Most customer focused retailers assess customer satisfaction on CPMUs and the best strive for single figures per SKU.
