We have used Consol Oils for a few years now and the ordering process is clear from the quote to the delivery. I have found their pricing to be competitive and fair. The service from the delivery team... Mehr ansehen

First time I used this service and was out when oil was delivered. Tank was found and filled without issue which was mildly impressive. Everything happened as expected and the price was competitive.... Mehr ansehen
As always a friendly, helpful, reliable, service. I have used Consuls for years, an excellent Company.
I will never use consols ever again! Ordered oil, had our money taken, waited a rediculous amount of weeks, no correspondence, fobbed off with excuses, in this time we actually ran out of oil, which... Mehr ansehen

No delivery print out
Delivered on time, clean and tidy, and a good price. With other companies there’s a print out from the delivery showing exactly how much was delivered, but I didn’t get that, so no way of checking the exact amount delivered.

Delivered when promised
Delivered when promised but very early in the morning before I was able to unlock the cover on the tank. It would be useful to know how this was achieved as thieves could also use a similar method

Late delivery poor communication and customer service
Booked oil delivery for a certain date or before (week lead in time). Did not receive the order, called the day after the delivery was due to be told they didn’t know why it hadn’t happened, I asked for a call back to let me know when I would have it. Did not receive a call back so called again to chase it to be told it would be the next day therefor 2 days late. Customer Service was poor, made to feel like I was in the wrong and told that in future if I need it soon I should have rung and not done it online! I live approx a mile from the depot and was disappointed that I had to wait extra days and was told that the date I was given was estimated which is not what it says on my order (it says on or before a date).
I like to use local suppliers but will not use Consols after the way I was treated.

Positive Review for Consols Oils
The order process was easy and the delivery arrived promptly with no chasing needed. The delivery driver was very friendly and he managed the challenging access to our tank with ease and good humour. It was a very positive experience from placing the order to completion of delivery (much better than our previous supplier) so we will using Consols from now on. Thank you!
