I’ve used concept blinds for years and wouldn’t change a thing. On the rare occasion that there’s been an issue the team have gone above and beyond to resolve it quickly. Their blinds are reasonably priced and great quality and their customer service is fantastic, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great communication, samples arrived quickly.Informed of slight delay and offered a cancellation. Blinds of excellent quality and fantastic price (faux wood white grain) had no problems delivering to Scotland well worth the slight delay and they arriverd before Christmas. I highly recommend this company and will certainly will use this company again.

I had a really good experience purchasing two sets of blinds from you. As they are made to measure of course I didn’t expect next day delivery. One of your kind team members contacted me by phone (I wasn’t chasing), to update me on production and delivery status. Not many businesses do this so I was pleasantly surprised!

Once the blinds arrived in good time, I’d realised that I had miss-measured as they were for two new windows. They were very easy to cut me even easier to put up! And I am no DIY expert!!

I ordered the Serino Luna PVC vertical blinds and a bit worried they may make the room feel like a office but, WOW they are gorgeous. They shimmer when we put the lights on. Made to a high standard with the bonus of a fabulous price. No chains at the bottom either. I chose the wand which initially felt flimsy but, now the blinds have loosened it works a treat. I will definitely be ordering more from concept blinds until the whole house is done. #family business #great prices and choices. Thank you ❤️

I’ve ordered from Concept Blinds two or three times. The first time was about five years ago and the blind still works excellently. I find the quality of the products significantly better than what I’ve tried via B&Q or other online sellers. On one occasion, I emailed because the instructions provided seemed inadequate, but I haven’t found that a problem since. I’ve recently ordered and installed three further blinds and am happy with them. I’d order from them again and would recommend you to friends.

It was a good experience - easy to order from a nice range of fabrics. The blinds that were made for us were of great quality and good value - so for me that pretty much ticks all the boxes!

I have bought a number of different blinds from this company over the last few years, most recently some faux wood Venetian blinds for my daughter, she is as pleased with them as I am and will be purchasing more for the rest of her house in due course.

The quality is exceptional, they are easy to install and use. Good value for money and quick delivery.

Would recommend and have done so to friends and family

Blinds are great quality however the Wilton black blackout blinds I ordered have the wire running through the blinds so there is lots of light leakage which pretty much defeats the purpose of blackout. The picture doesn’t show any holes at all on the black blinds. Granted it says hidden in the description that there are holes but the picture certainly doesn’t show that. They did offer a discount on new blinds rather than refund an unhappy customer, but after I’ve wasted over £300 on something that is of no use to me I haven’t bothered. I think they could have at least acknowledged that the picture is misleading on the website
