Compass got us out of a situation after watsons let us down badly, the girls and delivery driver gave excellent service ,

Ordered 11/12/24, Delivered on 12/12/24. Can't fault them Driver was polite and didn't mind there was stuff in the way which I was planning to move but didn't expect them to come the day after ordering. I have set up a monthly scheme with Compas and will be looking at their Tank Mate

Outstanding! Realised I had run out of oil during the evening on 27th Nov, when the weather was freezing! Had resigned myself to being without heating for a few days, and called at 9am to ask how soon I might be able to get a delivery. The lady I spoke to couldn't have been any more helpful - she knew that there was already a delivery being made in my village that day, and would get straight onto the local delivery person to see if they could fit me in. My oil was delivered by 11:30am! Pleasant friendly driver too! Fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. So nice to deal with real people!

One of your drivers, John Murrayhall delivered my oil the other day and I wanted to say that he made my day !! He had sent me the requested text to say he would be here within half an hour and said that he knew the house and annexe well, from his time delivering with Waitrose. He called me by my name and said not to worry about getting up to see him, as he wouldn't disturb me and would leave the oil ticket in the letter box. He also said it was very cold and not a good time for me to be out in it. When you live on your own, it's such a lovely thing when someone takes the time to really care about what they're doing to help you. Thank you John.

I can honestly say that Compass are absolute legends. After being messed up by BoilerJuice who left me and my disabled partner without heating for almost a week after paying extra for emergency delivery, Dave @ Compass saved us by delivering heating oil the following day. Their price was cheaper than ScamJuice, their communication was on par and Adrian, the driver was an absolute delight to interact with. I will be buying these lads a beer next time I see them as they are literal life savers.

A BIG thank you to Steve (Class 2 Driver) who delivered our heating oil (Invoice 9161378). He went over & above to get the tanks full even though he had a few hurdles to get over. They are friendly and easy to place orders.

For years we have been using BoilerJuice but they let us down with a missed delivery and could not be clear about when it was coming. I called compass and spoke to David - he worked hard with their team contacting several drivers and initially thought he could get oil to us the next day but then called back to say they would come same day. That alone was brilliant but I can also state that they were significantly cheaper than BoilerJuice as well. My wife told me the delivery driver was brilliant too - friendly and efficient.

Finally a company that still prides itself on customer care and treats everyone as if they are their only customer. I left my previous supplier as they chose to start route planning via a computer and got it wrong in a bad way. We would see a tanker in the village everyday which was not only bad planning and unnecessary travel but was also more expensive for the end user. Compass deliver in bulk to the village doing as many drops as possible on the same visit. This means cheaper prices for the end user and a friendly, reliable, on time delivery for us all.

Friendly correspondence from the staff when ordering and if I do ever see a delivery driver, their are alway friendly and respectful to my property. First class service.
