This company if you can call it that, needs to be closed down, I ordered a dress on the 10th of August, it didn’t arrive, after numerous ignored emails they finally replied saying my dress didn’t pass quality control and they would remake it and it would arrive at the end of September, then when it didn’t arrive and more emails that they ignored, I got a text message apparently from a manager, whom I can only describe as extremely rude, like it was my fault I was wanting to know where my dress was! They said it will be there net week, it wasn’t, then they said it again it wasn’t! They then deleted and blocked me after saying they are cancelling my order, which I didn’t request!…I’ve still got no dress and no refund… do not deal with this scam company under any circumstances, 11 weeks and then to be treated like this…. They don’t deserve any custom… diabolical con artists …

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL! I ordered my item on 3rd October and was told it would take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive. After 2 weeks I asked if my order was dispatched, a lady called Sarah advised dispatch end of October. It is now the 1st of November and I still haven't received my order. Their email address doesn't work, their website is down, and when I message on Instagram.i am met with a very rude lady who decided to tell me my order will be dispatched next week... this would be 5 weeks of waiting! When I told her a lady called Sarah has been corresponding with me, she told me there was no sarah. So when i sent her a screenshot of my emails to sarah she replies with - oh sarah left (thats funny because sarah keable is actually the director of the business so... another lie!) But then again ... back to email... Hang on, I thought there was no sarah.... then I challenged her on the dispatch time and the length it has taken to respond to my messages. She then had the audacity to not even apologise for the wait but to then cancel my order and give me a refund AGAINST MY WISHES! I told her I will be reporting her to trading standards to which she said - because you're threatening us with trading standards I will not be sending you your order!

So YOUR COMPANY AND STAFF lie to me on several occasions... I say I'm going to go to trading standards because the way you operate isn't in line with consumer guidance and you have the gaul to turn round and tell ME that you're cancelling my order because YOU can't comply with trading standards rules?!? Waited months with every excuse under the sun. Finally one dress arrived which was awful so sent it back and had to pay postage costs, so all the time they had my money for months and I ended up paying for the privilege. AVOID UNLESS YOU ARE A CELEBRITY, mind you they should know how shabbily ‘normal’ people are treated.

I recently came across the brand when I liked one dress on Instagram which was posted under palm beach wears and when I hunted the brand got to know that dress is from this brand and was sourced by a stylist to a US person.
I contacted on instagram and communication was very easy and quick. For every queries, quick response. I placed an order through insta and transferred directly and received my order within 2 weeks. Loved the items and service.

Only that I have to give a star it would be a big fat zero from me. Disgusting way to do business, I ordered weeks ago and they took my money and zero communication just wished I had read up on the horrendous reviews given by other customers like myself who ordered goods but never received them. Waited weeks on end as one of these dresses was for a special occasion I was forced to buy elsewhere.

Have requested a full refund which they have replied to say they will but I’m not holding out any hope that I will ever see a penny.

Lovely, unique, handmade clothing. I always get compliments when I wear the garments I have purchased from them.

Had a little bit of stress as needed my dress for a wedding and I order quite last min, but they reassured me it would arrive and it did . Kept me updated every day until delivery and the dress was perfect fit great quality and well worth the money . Had lots of compliments when wearing the dress Will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Would highly recommend just leave a bit more time for delivery as all dressed made to order . Thanks guys great service quality product .

I paid £220 for a dress in April 2022. When it did not arrive, I sent numerous emails to Comino Couture to request a refund. Finally, in May 2023 (i.e. a full 13 months later), a dress arrived - but it was at least 3 sizes bigger than what I had ordered (I am unsure exactly what size the dress that arrived was, as the label showing the size had been cut off).
I have since returned the dress but haven't received a refund. I'll never order from these guys again - I feel so scammed.

I ordered a floral dress and despite it being a little wait as it was made to measure the CC team kept me up to date and were quickly responsive to my emails, it arrived as described in the advert and was great value for money - thank you

Very quick to respond and send you an invoice for payment. However you never see the goods…I hate to say it but I got scammed! I ordered in July and I’ve not seen a dress or refund 3 months late. Even though i have been communicating with them! This company needs to be shut down…ASAP

This is the worst store to purchase from. My order went missing twice!! I never received anything!! I ordered in December 2022 and to this day (11.09.23) I have not received any of my purchases.

I made a large order that cost $256.50 AUD and Comino said they will offer a refund but they never did.

I have emailed them multiple times, nearly everyday since December to track the items and they have very poor communication.

The email thread is ridiculously long (nearly 200 emails).
It seems that Comino were dragging out the response time of replying to my emails and made sure that the 6 month mark passed from purchase date so that PayPal can no longer help with assisting me with a refund also. (PayPal can only assist with a case if complaint is placed within a 6 month mark from purchase date)

I still don’t understand how such a purchase can be sent and lost twice!!

Comino!! If you read this review I would like a full refund of the items I paid for and that you never sent!!

Very dodgy. Made me pay on WhatsApp then I sent back an item I haven’t received my refund to this day. I’ve sent numerous emails. Now I’ve told them I will take legal action against them. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM

I ordered three dresses in June for August class reunion and none arrived and I never heard from them. I had been charged for all 3. I looked them up and did quite a long search to find a phone number or someway to reach them. The only way I could find was an email. They responded and said Fed Ex lost it. Why was I not notified? They are supposedly refunding. The first time I ordered there was no issue what so ever. I would give them another chance clothes are beautiful.

Just sending a update.... I still haven't received my refund despite being emailed to state it was 'pending' many weeks ago. Again a few hundred pounds stolen without delieving any item.... As you can see from their reply below they also claim that royal mail 'lost' my order. An absolute joke at this stage, placed my order in February 2023 and despite numerous emails they have continued to ignore me and stolen my money. This is not going away, I am currently seeking legal advice on the matter. An absolute scam of a company.... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

DO NOT BUY FROM COMINO COUTURE. They are just a fraud and did not send out the majority of items I ordered and pay for. When I asked for a refund of my money for the merchandise not received they just ghosted my emails and STOLE my money. Placed an order last year and I’m still chasing them with no success to get several hundred pounds returned to me.

Do not order from this company. They do not send goods out, they don’t refund despite giving written confirmation via email that they will do so within 7-10 working days and then they ignore all correspondence when you try to resolve the issue, I paid for clothes in April and I’ve still not had a refund despite taking advice from bank and citizens advice.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are a total scam. I’ve been force to resort to legal action and reporting them for fraud to the police!! Refusing to reply or action my refund months after receiving the items back in perfect condition, literally didn’t even try it on due to the sizes being so wrong. Not to even mention the quality being worse then shein. Avoid these scam artists at all cost.

I am totally disgusted with this company, avoid like the plague. I ordered dresses totalling £134.75.Ordered 2nd June. Excuse after excuse with delivery promises to then be told my parcel got lost in the post!!!! happens a lot on the reviews it appears. I was eventually offered a refund but obviously this has not happened as of yet. Shut this company down. If you read your review refund me please.
Received an immediate reply via email claiming to have sent me an email and refunded me. It’s now 30 days and there’s no sign of any money. They also had the cheek to send a pic of the refund, except guys you forgot to tippex out the pending bit…. Which means you haven’t sent it!
Writing to omnibus men tomorrow to complain about this awful company.
No need to do this now as after doing my review the funds have been received. On one note I did try a friends dress from comino and it was lovely hence placing an order. I don’t understand their logic tbh but a conclusion had which I’m grateful for
