I've been trying to have a phone unlocked for the last 5 days, when the website tells me it will take 1-3 days. The phone network isn't on the list of networks provided so after giving me a code that doesn't work, they want to charge me again for another code. How can I give you the network when it's not on your list?? Very bad customer service. I would like a code that works, or a reimbursement of my.payment as i clearly cant choose the right network if it's not on your list.

Thanx, the unlock codes is very helpfull..my cellphone now works perfect..

They responded in the time frame which they said they would. The unlock process was easy and straightforward. I recommend this service to anyone who needs timely unlocking. Thank you code2unlock

I got my code within 5 minutes, and I was helped through the Facebook chat when I received the code. It was prompt and effective. Only tried to enter the code once and it unlocked.

Very quick customer service replies. Communication was amazing.
This code worked exactly as promised.
For Samsung, to unlock without using a separate carrier SIM first, just open the phone and enter the following as if you were dialing a phone number: #7465625*638*#
You may need to hit the call button to enter but you should be immediately brought to the unlock code screen which is where you enter the pin code provided by this amazing company...
I would use this service again in a heartbeat!

Easy directions to follow and convenient link to pay through PayPal. Followed directions, paid, and in less than 2 hours had the unlock code. Perfect!

Took a couple of days to get code but that was over a weekend. Code worked 1st time and was pleased as other so called unlockers had failed to get the code.

Thank you

Terrible service.
Had to cancel my order, could not get any responses from anyone after I requested they cancel the order. Ended up having to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Codes2unlock waited until the very last day to respond to pay pals claim process at which point they finally refunded me

I needed some extra help unlocking my phone and codes2unlock walked me through every step of the way. The process took longer than expected but I am very satisfied with their service. Would use them again!

worked flawlessly, good instructions, easy to follow.

Worked the first time. Clear instructions.

Easily obtained code within 24 hours and the prices are reasonable in comparison to the competition. Additionally, I had a hard locked device and was able to obtain all levels of codes within another 24 hours.
Their communication is also excellent if you run into any issues so I would recommend this site to anyone looking for unlock codes with quality support.

Great customer service, i had an issue and it was fixed within a day

I received the unlock code within 3 days. Of the 4 methods, method number 3 worked for my phone. I was able to use my phone overseas with a different sim card. Thank you guys!

You never send me the unlock code and you didn't refund my money

Code sent within 6 hours and worked to unlock my at&t lg g pad x 10.1 tablet to run on the T-mobile network. Great service. Very inexpensive way to unlock a carrier locked device.

Very happy with the service and will use again if needed!

Code took slightly over three business days as advertised however the support team is quick to reapond to e-mails. Product worked exactly as advertised the only thing I have to say negatively is when attempting to open the specific unlock instructions I kept getting error 404 page not found. Also specify which of the 4 seperate codes to use to minimize retries and risk of hard locking the phone permanently. Overall I am a satiafied customer, thanks guys!

The service was perfect and very fast to receive the unlocking code . In fact less than 24 Hours ................ Thank You !
